I have been waiting to bring this up for quite a while....This is list is far from neutral in it's definitions, and certain are wrong completely. For example:

Affirmative Action- Requiring a certain number of minority workers, irrelevant of whether they qualify because they are a minority

That can be what affirmative action is, but that's also an illegal form (I can bring up some court decisions if you'd like). You can give an advantage to minorities, but you CANNOT require a certain amount, so in essence affirmative action with average slightly less qualified people, not unqualified.

In general, affirmative action is anything which gives an advantage towards minorities.

Gun Control- The belief that less guns mean less crime

No, those who agree with gun control merely think firearms should be restricted to a certain degree (dependent on the individual). That might be a reason, but it is far from the only reason.

Prayer in School- Allowing people to pray wherever they wish

This is not what the prayer in school debate is about, though many conservatives frame it as such.

The body of court decisions has centered around teachers leading kids in prayer or teachers strongly implying they should pray. The kids have always maintained their right to pray wherever they wish, but government employees are not allowed to force them to pray.

Being opposed to this is belief that government officials (namely teachers) should not force kids to pray.

Separation of Church and State- The belief that government and religion should be separate. The government cannot endorse nor promote any religion over another

That's not expansive enough. The belief includes religion not having influence in the government (at least not direct) and the government not having influence in religion.
