THOUGHT: how would everyone feel about us DORF's holding DORF OFF's as a free side tourney at major tournaments like SQUAT/Tempest as long as it didn't interfere with the regular events. That would give the opportunity for more players (possibly including interstates) to compete. A lot of interstate players have already shown interest in having some Ganon dittos with us at Robocop.

Anyways on a lighter note with flights cheaper than a Nandos challenge i would love to come and visit before tempest, or possibly come and stay the 2 weeks till tempest. of course i will require housing and for the latter this may be a big ask i wouldnt want to put on anybody.

so on this note is there going to be any tournaments, meets (DJs, Mats, whatever), DORF OFFs from 1-23rd june.

probs not 20th as that seems to be a NSW tourney to take advantage of the same deals.

can i get fast replies as well please as offer seems to end in about 90mins

we're hoping to have a DORF OFF just before tempest.. maybe even one at tempest, and after tempest.. whenever we can really lol. Just have to see the schedule for HC's and other QLD smash events before we decide on any dates.. oh and when Bob moves out, we'll need a new venue. First DORF OFF was at Dan's, he's moved house.. second DORF OFF was at Bob's, now he's moving house :| I hope this pattern ends!

HAWTSOOIIKE - 19th June Fortitude Valley PCYC - time 10am - 3pm. $10 to get in, melee doubles/singles and brawl singles seeing as brawl got both last time and melee missed out on doubles as a result.

Its a nice room, fully carpeted/air conned with a white board at the front. Its a board room, 1 giant table in the middle that can seat 25ish peeps so plenty of room for t.v's. Under $100 for the day as well which is best imo, 10-3, can rock up early as 8am.

anywayz, schedule wizez - melee to start an hour before brawl so we can be up to at least semi's before brawl singles begins, they both took off together last time and melee got ***** because of it.. and brawl doubles was going while melee singles was only half way thru. I'm not allocating time for lunch as we only have 5 hours, eat afterwards or when your knocked out.

Melee Singles - 10:30 start - all sets Bo3 except Grand Finals, which will be a a single set of Bo7
Brawl Singles - 12:00 start - same as above.
will try to sneak in Melee Doubles or low tier if brawl can get close to semis by 1:30-2:00.

I can only bring 1 t.v and kas WILL be bringing 1 as well.
