Now for the details.....

Well, to know the frame i want exactly, start from the top left corner and make a box out until it's 444x194. I would like it to have a tint of Halloween orange. Above Jack's head i would like it to say "Sk3llington". To the left i would like it to say, "life's no fun without a good SCARE" Also, for whatever font you use for the "Sk3llington", i would like it to be sharp, literally. (hope that's not hard to understand)

Well, the best I can tell you is I'll be doing your request (if I have the rotation correct). Has it been started however, no it has not. It was a busy weekend with Valentine's but now that that's over, I can finish mine.

Neon is MUCH faster than I am. ^^;

Nah, I actually used a low opacity (like 15%) size 14 splatter brush and painted over Kirby and the background to get that look. You can mess with Shape Dynamics in the Brush Menu to get the more rough looking strokes like on the black streaks.

At the risk of sounding like a snob, I would recommend staying away from Photoshop's filters. :/ They're... not so good for the most part.

Yea, I know filters are bad... that's why I was curious. It just looked so neat and even.

It is meant to be a crest to symbolize a new organization: Official Metaknight Allowed Region. The idea is to somehow fit the acronym "OMAR" within the Smash Ball. It could overlay or blend in with the smash ball itself; the only important point is that OMAR needs to be clearly seen. At the same time, I do want to put significance on the Smash Ball itself.

I would really appreciate the help. This crest is going to be spread throughout many TO's tournament threads so you can expect this crest to be widely distributed.
