I think High Tide is severely underrated and criminally underplayed. Though, the cost of Candelabra of Tawnos being a cool grand for a playset is probably most of the reason there are so few High Tide players. I don't know about the best deck; I think it's probably the best combo deck to play against blue decks and other combo decks... which granted are the actual good decks, but among combo decks High Tide is the most capable of just loosing to fair non-blue decks. Cavern of Souls > Mom > hatebear is just an absolute beating against High Tide and kind of stops their deck from doing anything. Being a turn 4-5 deck gives the non-blue decks enough time to actually deploy anti-combo measures, which they often don't have enough time to do against Storm/Show and Tell/Reanimator.
