Lol, so many cool Samus ideas in the submission thread, and I just want SD Remix Samus with a Short Hop. I'm more accustomed to just seeing what's on the cards for 3.0 in all honesty, as the fact that 2.6 was just a taste has me hungry for more.

I mean, she's already a badass. I can only imagine how wet my panties would get if she came back with buffs around Mario and Ganon's level.

Favorite Sound?

The sound of Fox dying in agonizing pain over and over as i beat his body in a brutal matter, followed by grabbing him repeatedly and hurling his defenseless body into the air over and over and over, stretching his limbs, practically tearing an arm and leg off with each toss. And with each grasp of the Fox's body, I bash my knee and/or head into his face without mercy before i try to rip off a limb as i throw him into the air again.

Favorite Sound?

The sound of Falco being de-feathered by my blade as a swing my sword into his body with the intent of turning him into a carcase to stuff and place on my table for my family to tear apart and stuff their stomachs with. The sweet sound of his cries as he realizes he's falling to his death as I knock him off the only piece of solid ground for miles around; falling into oblivion simply because he exists and is hated with a fervor that rivals gods.

Favorite Sound?

The intoxicating scream from the delicate lungs of Zelda collapsing as I slam her into the ground before bashing her face in with a blow as fierce as the fury of a deity. Her cries filled with the realization that her status holds no weight and that her hero is no where to be found. That I am not Ganondorf, simply chasing after her power, but rather, I chase after her life with immense vigor. Simply because I hate her and nothing more.

These are my favorite sounds. And I relish in them. Over and over and over.

Damn Neko, you make me feel bad for those characters.

As for my favorite sound, anything that is uttered by ZSS. I love her <3

Can we put G&W's Melee death beeps when he hits the boundaries back in? Brawl took it out, but I never really found it annoying to warrant taking out.

For real tho, my favorite sound is hearing the sound of enjoyment and approval of P:M from smash peers.

Nothing is more wholesome than hearing them have a good time, and want to play again later on.

P:M is amazing, ever since I found it I can't really stop playing it, you guys are awesome. I bring my Wii on campus just about everyday and play with all the people in the game room, they enjoy it just as much as I do (most of the time, until the Melee purism emerges for a bit). I always tell them about the new updates/announcements you guys make with Turbo Tuesday's or any other source and always tell them the character changes, it honestly feels good to be a sort of messenger/showcase guy of the game for my school's smash community. For some reason they think I have a connection to the PMBR and I always have to remind them I don't, they're so cute lol.
Anyways, I almost forgot, the guys in the game room at my university wanted me to tell you guys that "Ivysaur needs to be nerfed, he's too good". Every time KoreanDJ picks Ivysaur he completely ***** us :rotfl: I can't help but find it hysterical. Dang high level competitive players can pick up any character and wreck face.
I also hate the fact that everyone thinks Ivysaur is a male..

God, do you really want to start the Ivy gender wars again?

It's a she only when the PMBR give it the girly Japanese audio, otherwise I don't believe so.

When the Pokes repeat their names in English they sound pretty stupid so it's automatically an improvement.

I have to agree with your last statement about the English Pokes. Also no, it's just a little thing of mine, Ivysaur will always be a female to me English or *** voice. As for the gender war, I don't even want to go there cause even in person I won't argue that, I usually give one counter-argument and after that I don't bother anymore, I let others believe what they want.

It's not a war. Ivysaur is whatever the heck you want it to be. We all know Pokemon can be different sexes, and she's no different. In my eyes, Pikachu, Charizard, Squirtle, and Lucario are male, and Jigglypuff and Ivysaur are female. Pikachu and Lucario are pretty much the only definites, and everyone refers to Jiggs as female anyway.

I call it a "she" because the most common nickname people give her on this forum is Ivy, and Ivy is primarily a female name. The "she" just slips out when I refer to Ivy, like the word "he" slips out when I refer to Michael. So **** it, she's female.

Speaking of Ivy and great sound effects... Ivy's SFX are pretty much the reason I play her. She's got whip effects on fair, bair, dtilt and utilt, healing effects on synthesis, dair, uair and usmash sweetspots, baseball tip effect on upB sweetspot, and some cool other effects on ftilt, deku nut and razor leaf too. And the fact that 80% of her moves are multihits make comboing with her such a pleasure for the ears. And of course, solar beam solar boom.

In Brawl I picked Diddy before the game even came out, mostly for the same reason. Monkey screams are so funny. I always pick my mains before getting to play a new game, and I chose Ivy just the week before she was buffed into oblivion. I guess I'm lucky lol

I actually call Ivy a she for the same reason. It's just natural for me to make that association.

I also don't really care at all whether it's a male or female, don't have quite that many cares for Pokémon.

The thing with calling her 'Ivy', is that I have this mental image afterwards.

I hate it when my hands become sweaty/oily when playing /: I mess up everything because of that issue. You guys have any suggestions that might help me?

I started bringing a towel to tourneys this year. It helped.
Playing in a cold-ish room is the best, but in tourneys you have no control over this.
