Here's my nextlevel sophmore year finals strats. One piece of paper for notes, thermodynamics/quantum-mechanics/organic-chemistry final... YEAH RIGHT.

3D Glasses (the old red/blue kind not polarized glasses obvi) + Blue thin highlighter + light red ballpoint pen. If I close one eye I have one set of notes, when I close the other I have an entirely different set. My professor said it was clever enough that she would allow it, and I got a super baller 93% on my final

Also, a tip for actually writing the notes, do the highlighter first then the red pen. It will be easier to not see the blue notes than it will be to not see the red.

Do you have a pic of your paper? I've always gone with just writing small as possible with a pen, and drawing lines to separate any sections

When magic does everything for you and the whole of society, you don't bother with technology.

In fact their society would look down upon a wizard using nonmagic user weapons instead of their inherent magical abilities.

One of the themes of Harry Potter is how the wizarding world thinks it's hot **** above everyone else. There is even a Misuse of Muggle Artifacts Office at the Ministry of Magic preventing people from enchanting everyday objects.

There were "spells" or w/e (they were non-verbal i think) that they had to defend themselves from being disarmed with. Can't do that with a pistol, so in a 2v1 scenario or anything with large groups fighting, you'd lose your gun after killing maybe 1 and die to the first death spell flung your way, whereas with a wand you can stop yourself from even being disarmed.
I guess maybe you could get some cool duel wielding action going on for the best of both worlds tho
