y u only talk about mechanics n shi' before july starts posting and then all of a sudden lock onto her like its no one's business. askin' everyone else questions about her n shi' without givin' your own opinions of her. the only reason i'd see you doing this is if you had a mafia read on her since im apparently your sk read but the thing is you never actually address her yourself until this post:

which is again not really questioning her on anything of value, just asking her basic mechanical questions that she could answer easily regardless of alignment. id expect you to be actually pushing her on important material if you thought she was mafia. you're just throwing her a bone and making it look like you're giving her fair attention despite the fact that you're not going anywhere with it.

and before you say you were somehow trying to find out what type of scum she was from the answer to that question based on mechanics, why you would you even need to? you've already clearly stated that you think im indy...which means that the only type of scum left to find would be mafia. idk broski you're lookin' hella ingenuous this game

first OS post after July enters the game for real. talks about the mechanics in her post but doesn't talk to her. somehow assumes that i can read july better than anyone else and targets me for it. maybe trying to find out my alignment from the answer, sure, but later he blatantly lets me know that he thinks im indy. if he was trying to gauge my relationship with mafia or somehow take me saying she was deff mafia as as tell that im indy, why would he let me know he's suspicious. it makes the result unusable.

I asked two questions and you only answered one, but the one you answered was important and the one you didn't answer was mostly inconsequential. It'd be easy to say "boo walls" or something, but you didn't. You didn't even go back to read to see when I pressured you again, it's like it didn't matter what was posted; you already knew what you were going to say and weren't going to be bothered to answer the entire question. In other words, you're playing very sloppily and not really reading carefully.

I'm just trying to figure out if that's something that you'd do as SK or town. If you were SK I'd assume you would have pushed for my lynch or just moved on, but you took a more middle ground approach which makes me unsure.

And all those people are in the town, rather they are town aligned are not. The only person on there I don't know about their scumhunting and ability to get reads is BSL and to a lesser extent Badwolf.

Ah but Kuz, you are missing the point. I've also been considering that Zen might not be town. There is something cautious about his play and almost standoffish that I don't like, like he's thrown out some questions and accusations but I don't feel him really pushing them anywhere. His comments stood out to me exactly because he did float it out there without much backing, and then when I responded he also responded but didn't seem to go anywhere with it. Granted, I'm V/LA but I expected to come back to a little something from Zen about our interaction.

Alright so there's two reasons I see for this:
-You don't have an indy read.
-You are indy.

I'm trying to see why you would want to keep a facade with the first. I guess to make indy feel nervous and post more cautiously? I don't know mate.

The second is pretty obvious. Indy would like to get rid of mafia as soon as possible. Revealing your indy read would cause you to have to lynch them, especially since most people want to lynch indy today. Indy will need to have someone around they can pose as indy in the long run. It's best they not reveal it early on, so that player doesn't have more time for rebuttal and so that they aren't lynched before indy is ready for them to be lynched (endgame).

The possibilities of the the second are more consequential then the possible benefits of the first scenario. So I'd much rather you give your indy read pretty much now. I'm sure Overswarm would agree with me.

Your first post clearly indicates that you being around is a necessity for the ease of the lynch, otherwise you wouldn't have included the phrase in the first place "IF I'm around later". You quickly saw what was wrong with that and added tried to amend it, but the amendment doesn't follow a logical thought process. If you're confident town will lynch indy without you, then what reason is there for you keeping your read in the dark at the moment? If indy is very apparent, then there is absolutely no reason for you not to reveal who you believe it to be. If indy is not apparent, then it would be incredibly anti-win condition to not reveal your thoughts on that given that you have the possibility of dying during the night. Unless of course you don't feel there is a possibility of you dying. You dig?

Reading back on BSL's arguments make me lean town on him. I agree on the disposition and I didn't mind his arguments. I don't feel Badwolf/BSL make sense, and especially not when Badwolf just randomly votes BSL for no transparent reason. Why are you defending Gorf, Badwolf?
