Are there any good ways of staying in practice when you're just not able to play at all, or very seldom?

That's money I just don't have, and the smashes don't want to loan me their set ups.

is that the livestream or are there multiple recording setupsI bought a Melee disc off of Ebay for $5.
I have a few more vids vs. Sheik for anyone who is interested. I was playing really wild the first two games so I don't even want advice on those. I stepped it up in the third game on FD (minus 2 dumb SDs) because I get salty any time I lose twice in a row. Still, not my finest work, but I guess the most important thing I need to work on is discipline anyway.
Bones (Falco) vs. Epsilon (Sheik)

Premium was a gift to me. I live paycheck to paycheck right now. Everything goes to food and bills.

Bones, I would still need a cube. I barely had enough money to buy a controller at zenith.

That Falco discussion.
My paychecks go towards: food, rent, electric, gas, and Internet. 100%. Its not like I'm eating out, or buying prepared meals either. I buy ingredients, and cook. I mentioned I don't have a set up, because I'm wondering if there are alternative ways of keeping in practice. I don't always have the ability to play, and I don't always have the ability to make it to smash fests. The fact that you're being annoyed by hone questions is just.. I don't even.I'd say more annoyed than anything, you posted about not having a tv like three times In a row... Maybe I'm just too easily annoyed. Although if you get paychecks, and have no money, you're spending. You could probably spend better
You are likely too much in your comfort zone, hehe.Well my life is great Max. Why do I suck?
Let me specify and say that I was playing Fox, who can out run every good character. I didn't say anything about shielding lol. I'm referring more to the Jman sit and do absolutely nothing. Idk if you ever noticed how blatant it was. Pretty often he would actually do nothing (or dashdance obnoxiously in place) and wind up on top of the situation. Mango does it too, albeit differently with his empty hopping or dashing dance around someone's shield. I suppose more specifically I'm saying to never commit too soon in a neutral or defensive position unless whatever you are doing is guaranteed. I believe that Jman and Mango are high level players lol and they both do what I'm talking about very very well. Mango is actually super patient for how aggressive he looks.Waiting in shield doesn't really work, especially vs. Mew2King who will just run up and grab you. I think stuff like waiting after missed techs can catch people off guard, but for the most part it doesn't actually prevent certain coverage options from working. It just makes it more likely that the opponent will get flustered and choke. Top players aren't going to get flustered and choke from simple standoff situations though. They are good at keeping composure and will wait you out when you're in the disadvantaged situation, and waiting often makes your situation worse with each passing second. If you're shielding, obviously your shield is quickly shrinking, and if you are knocked down, you give them time to space properly and mentally prepare to react to your option.
