PP is probably the most consistent Falco after Mango. Good tech skill and definitely 1 of the smartest Falcos.
Mango is the best overall.
Shiz has the most potential. He has the most control/talent/pure potential than anyone and ***** like no other when he's on point. Just less consistent than PP and Mango probably due to his insanely aggressive playstyle which sometimes works against him (but obviously makes him most fun to watch).

i wouldn't say shiz has any more potential just because he's more technical, they all can increase in their style and make themselves better without being more technical (ie mango)

Well being more technical is pretty much the definition of having more potential. It doesn't necessarily mean he is or is going to play better, he just has a higher ceiling.
I'm not sold PP is better than Shiz either. Depends on the tourney and matchups as to which one places better. For example Shiz, IMO, has a much better chance at beating players like Mango/Jman while PP definitely does better vs Hbox.

Mango's tech skill with falco is basically unmatched by anyone.
people confuse "tech skill" with "flashy playstyle" too much.

Don't agree with that. Mango has very good tech skill + he adapts and plays extremely smart. That's why he's the best Falco not because his tech skill is unmatched. Zhu and Shiz very easily match his tech skill in my opinion.
Because a lot of flashy playstyles involve techy stuff. I mean go watch DARK (fox) matches.
Yes there is more to this game than flashy tech skill. But those playstyles can be efficient too. Shiz is one of the flashiest Falco players out there yet he is still one of the top players in the world. Just because you're flashy doesn't mean you can't play smart...

I always underestimated PP for some reason, I was 10ft away from him PP vs Armada, I now beleive Falco/Peach is 50/50 good playing PP so **** consistant and smart.

when he said most technical i had assumed he meant more of a BPM kinda thing, cause shiz plays insanely fast, does technical things, etc.
mango is the most technical because he's precise right? I mean it's not like mango does anything extra fast/technical, he just does everything right/leaves out things he finds unnecessary.
i don't confuse the terms, I just go by what people would describe 'techskill' as in their discussion.
Some people see techskill as speed, others as playing precise, amirite?

shiz was beating PP in falco ditto's on friday pretty often (like pp won 2 out of 10)
that said, i think shiz is **** in falco dittos, zhu is **** on erryone else

Anyway, apart from his drunken master syndrome, Mango's still the best I think.
PP however is indeed the best candidate for 2nd place after him. His careful attitude, well rounded knowledge of match ups and success rate speak clear. Also, he probably exploits his character better. Mango's better just because it's Mango lol.
Hungrybox might be coming to Italy next summer so MOVE YOUR A$$ PP, THE BETTER U GET THE MORE I WANNA PLAY U. I'll promise after playing me in dittos you'll whoop the **** out of every other Falco in the world

Why doesn't Shiz ever shorten the illusion when sometimes it is clearly better than doing the full one ;_;

He doesnt need to, the fear of facing dashizwiz the other player has negates the poor quality decisions he never makes.
When people try to attack the shine, they usually use a non-laggy move like marth/ganon jab, so even if he shortens the illusion he can still get punished
