Well, i'ma keep trash-talking until he beats me in that money match, hopefully he comes to sf:e to shut me up.... or get stomped xD, then he can talk all the trash he wants to... no offence to gimpy of course, unless i do beat YOU!!

Hey, Jesse, you should let me come to your house saturday? is that doable? if you haven't heard, i'm challenging gimpy to something he doesn't even know about for no apparent reason, plus, i think i'm getting even better still, and russell's good too, if he comes that'd be awesome

Uh, you have a lot to experience, it seems. If getting owned by Mewtwo isn't enough XD

Okay, i wasn't being serious about the mewtwo thing nor the gimpy thing, but i know for a fact that that has never happened, i beat you the first time i played you at SF:E spring, and i beat you the last time i played in summer

MM?

I wasn't at SFE in spring, and during the summer I ***** your Fox with Mewtwo, sitting on the edge and powershielding your nairshine and dash attack approaches to Mewtwo nair gimps on Fox's recovery, which is literally the only thing you approached with. Maybe I shouldn't expect you to remember it since you get high quite frequently.

now, i thought you'd be fair and simple about this, but since that's not happening then i'll stay fair and simple to keep it that way, so, first of all, you don't know me, second of all, since you don't money match, i'll put your $5 up on it myself and if you win you'll get $10, so, back out or no? and maybe it may not have been SF:E spring, but it was that time the first match i've ever played you in big city gamin the first time i was ever in eugene

Fair and simple? Don't kid me. I know you, you know me, but I don't see what that has to do with anything. What you proposed is still a money match, and it's even more stupid than an normal money match. I don't care when it was you beat me in that match because I sandbagged basically every friendly match I played back then(not to mention it was a whole fucking year ago lololol). But hey, no johns- guess you're just too good.

Well, i know you just as well as you know me, and judging that you live in eugene, one of the largest marijuana cities in the west coast, you have a lot more incentive of being a stoner, but that has NOTHING to do with smash so i'm dropping this... I don't know how it got bad fast but apparently it has, I guess I should listen to Riot more, he's got the right idea sometimes

So you quit smoking now?
Don't make hasty generalizations based on the area I live in about me, lol, that's a very much fallible. I brought up smoking, anyway, not in reference to smash, but to memory. I don't know if it has any effect on it at all, but I do know that it does things to your head, so I suggested it as a possibility.

You're right, it does do things to your head, like, perhaps, forgetting things, so lemme finish my research and i'll edit this

Edit: nonetheless, lemme finish, i'm bored this is fun

Yeah I saw you looking at the SFE thread to see if we might have played there. But in doing so, you're overlooking a huge aspect of competitive anything.

Edit to respond to your edit: lol k fine. But you didn't answer me. Have you quit smoking(weed, at least)?

johns my friend, i didn't once state that i did, or even that i smoke it as a matter of fact... anywho, this is what i've conjured, not much, seems like that tournament at BCG didn't happen, i know it did, it was that week when james, foos, and timmy had pokemon, tommy wasn't there that weekend... Also judging from the fact that josh says i didn't play him at that tournament (though i did), then that just shows how much more he smokes than I, look at my join date, Feb 2007, and the next time i played you besides the spring sf:e would be in summer, so, that was not a year ago, not nearly, get your facts straight. As far as competitiveness, i don't mind, otherwise i'd be complaining about the PR list. considering though, i was nominated to be a ranker for the PR list, and i doubt that'd happen if i was four stocked by mewtwo... that enough? xD

Oh yeah, haha, a while back i made quite a bit of money matches and never kept em, anyone wanna reinstate them?

I can't even tell if you're serious or not this is just so stupid. No offense, but seriously.

Fine... I'm better than you (of course, gamer instinct, you'll say the opposite)... The only way that you can make me agree that you are better, is if you beat me in a money match... simple

Good night, gots stuff to dos tomorrow

The thing is, O, I don't care about your severely fucked up perception of reality - so no, I don't feel any need to prove it to you(especially considering you've made it very clear that you don't know shit about reasoning and proofs).

Ooh, trashtalk before a heated match, gotta love nerd testosterone. VG, whatever you do, don't listen to Riot anymore, take cues from him & you'll just say "lol" and not show up to tournaments you say you will because you think you're too good for them.
Just so you know, J-rad isn't really active in the competitive Smash scene, and if someone doesn't MM, ask for a Boasting Match, a Win Match, Youtube Match, or Bragger's Rights to settle things.
With that, I'd like to see the outcome of the match, VG has been practicing and has 'the Fox Advantage' :^o

So I am going to start a point ranking system for PK's when and if they start back up, I will be moving by the end of month and if I spot a good time slot for a tournament and I feel like running one I will have a $10 tournament with a guaranteed $100 first place prize and there will be a point ranking system. For points I am not sure exactly how I am going to do it, I think what will happen is for the first tournament winners bracket match wins are worth 2 points and loser bracket match wins are worth 1 point, winning the tournament is worth an additional number of points based on number of entrants and second place gets 60% of that same number (prolly 1 or 2 points for every 5 attendees) this way regular attendees will have a higher rank, also I will start a PK myspace for keeping a spam free area for brackets and updated points.

If you lose to someone with a significantly lower number of points than you, you will also lose points, if you beat someone with significantly more points you will gain additional points.

Input, suggestions, and concerns please.

I think what T0mmy means when he says that it you play smash more for fun than for money unlike some people who play because of the money. But then again I don't know for sure so T0mmy, confirmation? and Venus I'll MM you at SF:E winter if you go there, I won't have much money though so let's decide the amount when we get there. Also it'd just be cool to play you again haven't played you in forever.

Start living reality before criticizing me about reality...

Btw, this arguing is fun, haven't had that in a while. Though you have to understand, smash is a game, and just like halo on xbox live, you're going to get in arguments and there will be trashtalk, the only reason i'm doing it so much lately is so that i can get the most out of my opponents, money match if it came down to it to get a serious match... of course i'll always know that you're chill, and i'll always respect that, so, all in all, this is still a game

And yeah, i know what people think of Riot, but he was the only example i could think of at that point, he knows smash is a game, he knows how to play that game, and he certainly knows how to get people riled up... i'll choose that tactic overall to avoid sandbagging as much as possible... of course, he's stepped overboard a few times, but he's cool and once you realize that he says things that he doesn't mean then just take it lightly and move on.

I haven't been trying to avoid the bi weeklies, i got a job : P, and i've finally worked out a smash schedule, i'll hopefully be seeing you guys a lot more often trying to smash... i guess just throw a pm at me if theres a tourney coming up, like last time, i didn't realize it was the week after for the other portland kombat...

And about the bragger match... you tube match etc, good idea... see, still not very experience in the third party world of smash

Awesome, a challenger, thank you foos, i'm more than happy to money match you, it'd be nice to hang out with you again, it's been quite a while... perhaps you and jesse should come to my house some time and smash, we'll go get some sushi with pablo or something, just lemme know if you ever want to

Venus you can get the most out of opponents without insulting them. And yes money does help for that. But at the same time, I know you are good and look forward to playing you at SFE and maybe PK if one comes up before then.

It's all good binx, i'm not holding anything against anyone, not even josh... We're all gamers here, we all know when things get a little too competitive if you'd like to call it that, but honestly, i like to argue, i think it's fun and it excersizes (gawd, prolly spelled that wrong, said it too many times in my mind and now it doesn't even sound like a word) people skills... But yeah, competitiveness is our nature and that's how we roll, there will be more arguments, i'm sure but i'll keep winning so i know i can keep it fair and fun for all

I think I just really don't understand the way you think.

Oh and if you like to flame and stuff, go to the Mewtwo forum and talk **** about quak in the mewtwo casual chat thread. He enjoys it too and recently requested someone start flaming. 100% serious.
