So, the Doubles Subway Boss's Durant is the most annoying thing ever to my team.
I need to train a pure Fire type to take care of it, because it always Rock Slides....and I flinch...and it Rock Slides...and I flinch....and I RAGE.

Training a Timid Hustle Nidoran♂ w/perfect Sp. Atk and Speed as we speak. :3
Edit: Didn't see this.
I added you on AIM. If I see you online then I'll give you a shout ;)
Was at the movies watching Thor today, but I should be on most of the day on a regular basis. Feel free to leave me a shout-out if it gets to be too inconvenient.

Indeed. :b:
Now if I could only win a Life Orb...:glare:

I also haven't been to the Dream World in a while/have had an erratic schedule. Shame too, just unlocked the other areas. Hopefully I can work something out after finals this week.

Yeah it took me a while too. -_- They should really give out more than 3 BP if everything USEFUL is going to cost 48+ BP to purchase.

Being the incredibly lazy perfectionist that I am, I really hate that as well. Gonna take me forever to get all the TMs, let alone every situational/useless item.
Working on getting my first EV'd team completed soon, though. Doesn't include the Nidoking, sadly, as I'm too paranoid about losing to random crap. :L

I suspect our timezones are extremely different (I live in Australia) so I might have to catch you on a weekend. I'll just check to see if you're online and hit you up if you are, it's no rush :) Tornadus and Landorus are pretty much all I have left to complete the dex, as well as a couple of black exclusive pokes, leavanny (cbf happiness) and oshawott. If you have any of those that I could do tradebacks for that would be cool too.

Been meaning to breed a few more Oshawott with egg moves anyway, and I should have a spare of everything Unove-dex-wise lying around. And no problem, I'm fine with whenever.

If you want Leavanny, just breed a Sewaddle, give it a Soothe Bell, teach it Protect, Substitute and Toxic and have it kill two lv45+ Audinos solo. It will level up to like 25 and evolve to Leavanny. Happiness+ from level-up is easier to get this gen.

I'll try this. When I was evolving my Koromori (can't remember the english name, it's the bat pokemon) I took it to the elite 4 and had it at the front of my party and I was always wondering if there was a faster way.

right seems the best place to post my query, I am trying to breed my serperior, using a ditto. But the man outside the day care says they don't get along, will another ditto get along better or am I doomed to never get snivy eggs?
Not tried breeding pokes before gen 5, always just traded with others.

You will always get eggs with a Ditto.
The only message that NEVER produces eggs is "The two seem to prefer playing with other Pokemon".
Otherwise, it's just a matter of how long before each egg is produced.

Don't get along = 20% chance of an egg every 256 steps.
Get along = 50% chance of an egg every 256 steps.
There's a higher level, but that's hard to find and forget what it's called.

Prefer to play with other Pokemon = no eggs.

This is based on trainer ID and species. If the trainer ID of the two pokemon is different, your pokemon will get along and have a decent chance of getting an egg. If the species is precisely the same, your pokemon will get along. If the species is the same AND the trainer IDs are different, the chances of getting an egg are 80% per 256 steps, which is cool.

Ditto + most pokemon works, exceptions are legendaries and some randoms, like nidorina and stuff.

Double check those percentages, I might recall them wrong.

I always think when I get "Your pokemon don't get along" that they have some sort of drama, maybe one of the other pokemon there is making fun of one, the other stands up for them and then a romance blossoms and then they make an egg after almost breaking up because of bad decision from one of the pair.

I don't watch too many movies >.>

I just think they run out of things to do (that poor Chillarmy and Petalil run in circles for days, clearly they have gone insane) and just decided to do it and BAM an egg.

*kanye shrug*

Recently caught the event Victini. It's Modest, so I'm convinced the game is sentient. Though, I wonder if Modest would be the best nature for it to have, or if Timid, or even an attack raising nature to coincide with all the physical moves in learns by level-up, would be best.

I don't play competitive Pokemon, but I do like having compatible natures most of the time.

I'm level grinding most of my Pokemon on the side. My strongest are Cryogonal and Volcarona, at level 86. Just a bit more, wish I had a Vs. Seeker

You can go alot of ways with Victini seeing as how it's base spread is 100 across the board. It's your choice to make it offensive or defensive but once that movie Victini comes out, I'm gonna go bat crazy cause of it's signature move.

Victini learns a ridiculous number of good in-game special attacks: Psychic, Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Shadow Ball, Grass Knot, etc, so Modest isn't bad for in-game.

Timid > Modest, too much base 100 stuff that is good to tie with, Celebi and Jirachi are examples (though stuff like Sala and Lati@s eat it up). Scarf base 100 is pretty good as well.

Mine's Naive with perfect SpA and 30 Speed IV. THIRTY SPEED. T.T

Fire Blast goes up to 93.5%, which is ok, but in-game, PP does matter somewhat. The difference after STAB is pretty significant though. Searing Shot is another alternative.

Thunder and Focus Blast are 77%. No thanks, I prefer my slightly less powerful moves.

The only good uses of Victory Star are for Fire Blast, Overheat, Toxic, Zen Headbutt and possibly Will-o-Wisp, since burns are just that good.

Thunder has a fairly ridiculous 30% paralyze chance, though. I'd say it makes it worth it. PP is a good point, though.

So...I stole this team build for gamefaqs, and it actually works well. Super Singles been easy for me.

Archeops Jolly @ Wind Gem (Flying gem, w/e)
6hp/252att/252speed
~Acrobatics
~Earthquake
~Rock Slide
~U-turn

Can scout (to the others), 1hko almost anything with Acrobatics, etc. It's threats can be handled with the other 2.

Rotom-W Modest @ Leftovers
130HP/252Spatt/128Speed
Hydropump
Hp[fire]
thunderbolt
pain split

Can wall most of the threats of Archeops, take stuff down, etc. I've never used Rotom a day in my life, but boy do I love this guy<3

Garchomp Jolly @ Life Orb
6hp/252att/252speed
Fire fang
Swords dance
outrage
Earthquake

Handles the other threats, rarely sets up SD but is powerful enough to take most out, etc.

My friend got a 80win streak with this team, and I'm getting there. It's a little fragile, but overall holds down well enough :3 Swellow might > Archeops, though..
