I have a slight fear of uncontrolled, large quantities of fire.
Small and petty sources are nothing, but when, say, I'm surrounded or encountering a lot of it, I have a few difficulties. First, even when I'm roughly six inches from a large amount of fire, the sensations I feel, mainly from most of my temperature and pain receptors from my hands, arms, and face, go crazy. They feel very uncomfortable, and break my chain of thought and concentration. Secondly, when encountering large amounts, I always have the image of myself engulfed in a flaming demise. The fear of death by fire is something that is not common, but one of the first things I think of when how I envision my death. This is the only one that sort of sticks out, but doesn't keep me from tasks that involve combustion and others. : D
