May Iwata rest in peace. He was a great man who helped make many amazing games.
Did you know that Iwata was the reason why Kanto is in Gold and Silver? He compressed the games to the point where Kanto could be added... that is amazing.
He made a legacy that will forever live on and on.

Yeah, he kept going for HSB when Abadango was dodging them. I lost my **** at the Hydrant water SD though.
Why should we depend on HSB, I'll never know.

I was screaming when that happened. That kill changed everything.

Saying to depend on the move is... pretty poor to say. I think that the move has its limits in my eyes.
EDIT: It is a good kill move with nice setups, but it isn't a move to depend on. It does become predictable after a while.

Oh it does have limits. It's just the fact that he was fishing super hard for them, haha. Not sure if this changed people's minds in that it's not the terror it's supposed to be. Nyeh.

I noticed that a lot too. He played very, very well, but that is something that he should have changed in his play style.

If anything, I would be more fearful of Thunder Wave, a move that gives Pikachu almost a guaranteed follow-up to any move.

I was like "DON'T GO DOWN THERE" when ESAM was on the tree and Ally was on the ground, then he went down and ran into that usmash and... ugh...

Was also cheering hard for FOW [I would've loved to see FOW vs ESAM], then I saw he was facing Dabuz... that MU makes me think Ness is not viable.

Nairo choked hard games 1 and 2 of WF and Mr. R should've had game 3 of GFs, but ZeRo still played phenomenally throughout the event.

Abadango's play was super impressive. Lots of cool set ups, very safe, made pika look like he had very few options in the neutral.

Evo was amazing, getting to watch these matches in person was so good, plus got to meet esam. Of all melee was the mostest hypest. Great tourney.

So at one of my weeklies last night I got the perfect motivation to grind super hard and get on my local PR. For the third weekly in a row I've had to send a kid under 13 into losers round 1. He also said it was his first tourney. I feel like such a villain. I need that first round bye so I don't get depressed lol.
