I literally only want premium for the post watermark. Don't care about Disco Room, and everything else I already get from ex-modership.

EDIT: Oh wait, blue name would be pretty sweet too.

I would've loved the blue name, too :c

But yes, I only wanted it for the watermark.
I do not have money and I have no idea how I got it though.

They never send you a message if someone gifts you premium.
Makes for some good super secret admirers.

Best you had was me with my old pranked status, which I still kept. It just isn't pink anymore and has the pink color code tags around it.

Considering I barely have money to eat, I really doubt I spent it without a deep thought/notice.

As Sunny did, I want to thank the person who gifted it, too.

vale's a++ eating habits for little $$:
soup -- this can be basically anything. water + flavoring. bonus points if you make your own broths/stocks
brown rice -- 2ez, goes well with meat (which you can use bones of to make soup) and basically anything else
oatmeal -- start-up cost of getting something to add so it has a taste, but otherwise pretty good
more soup -- really, this stuff is cheap
eggs -- buy in bulk
peanut butter sandwiches - add something to go with it, i recommend apples/bananas or jam if you're boring

any leftover money can go to fruits/vegetables you like.

Egg and Peanut butter are pretty expensive over here because reasons (last year there was a poultry illness that seriously damaged production, and this year new sugar taxes have been a bit too much).
Not as in "I can't buy them", but we can't have plenty of them either.

Soup/pasta is great no matter what you do with it. Also my cooking skills have made life great. The other day I made pasta with only one single potato we had left and a chili sauce. It was wonderful.
For some reason I haven't tried oatmeal but it sure does sound great.
And it's better here to invest in veggies than on meat. There are plenty of markets with cheap fruits and vegetables. Again, I've learned how to cook them properly. Also there are cheap soy stores around.
And my roomie doesn't like rice for some reason.

So yeah, it's been 2 months already, I've gone hungry but haven't starved, and apparently from here on we won't have nearly as much debts as we've had so far plus we've learned to manage our money, so, everything seems to be alright.

the real question is how to eat cheap, eat a lot, and eat healthy. As someone who works out 6 days a week, I find this lack of money coupled with all three of the aforementioned to be rather difficult. pasta and veggies in bulk is what i usually do, except for days like today when i found out they had frigin goldfish brand mac n cheese.

also, **** blitzball. why is it so hard, i just want attack reels before i get to the end of the game.

I much prefer white rice over other variants of rice.
And white rice isn't bad for you at all.
If you ARE trying to save money, just stock up on Pastas/ Rice it may not be the greatest, but it's better than nothing.

Also best to wait for sales or look for them.
$1 for 2 pounds of pasta is soo good.

3-4 packs can last you 2-3 months depending how much you eat it.

As well, the human body can go ~a month without food, but that's a very bad idea.

UIUC [school year]. MN [summer]
Ramen has a lot of salt, last I checked. So if someone has salt deficiencies, Ramen's good. Not to be confused with Ramin the Marth player.

I don't have Taco Bell problems but that might just be me.

We die in ~3 days without hydration (soda, water, milk, OJ, some sort of liquid). It also depends on what people mean by "food" - I'm pretty sure if you drink fruit juice, you can go longer than a month (because calories) although that's bad for people too (and probably somewhat expensive).

MN is lame - at the only tournament I can make, they cut Brawl for PM pools. Not PM, just PM pools. Which I didn't make it out of. :urg:

But I took 3rd seed in Melee pools (bottom seed of my pool), and won 2 and lost 2 matches in bracket for 13th in Melee [24 person bracket]. Not terrible (?) [at least I passed my own expectations...]

I still wish they'd bring Brawl back, or that I could at least get Brawl time in with the people there who play Brawl. If only MN had a Brawl scene...
