The Japan NEX sometimes gets the games before the release in NTSC. Of course the games I really look forward to playing aren't out or they sell out before I can get to the store and buy it myself.

Problem when the crutch character can solo the game

From a design standpoint, 8 is pretty good. Branching paths (not original, but original to Americans), branching promotions, the world map was a nice gimmick. (I particularly liked being able to go back to shops the most)

But the game was just too easy. Hopefully FE13 retains its difficultly while allowing for skirmishes. (So far was told that the trade in gold for weapon usage matters with skirmishes, so thats a good sign)

Shadow Dragon was just a remake, but it's still considered game 11. 12 was that Mystery of the Emblem remake that we never got.
