Detective Conan (and to a lesser extent, Bleach) is the definition of Filler.
DC is almost to 1000 chapters and he's still a child, while there's a new mystery after one ends and it's almost the same exact crap. I once tortured myself for a month or two last year by reading from 1-800 something, stopped around 860 cause about as much words in each panel as a Tim Buckley comic and repetitive deaths and mysteries.

Detective Conan is like 90-95% fillers but since I'm a fool I still continue to watch the anime to this day.
