Fellow 'chus, I have a story for you.
I like to eat easy, quick meals. Call me impatient, call me a hack cook; either is correct. Today was no exception, but there was a twist.
Let me begin by noting that I was in the mood for a deli sandwich. Ham, turkey, cheese, maybe a little mayo. Easy, quick, classy stuff. But there was a hitch.
It's often said that necessity is the mother of invention, and today I had a very special necessity. I have some saltines right on the verge of expiration (until you find yourself broke, you'd never even know these had an expiration date, but alas, they do) and, not wanting to waste perfectly good saltines, I endeavored to use them.
However I couldn't be bothered to sort out some ham-and-cracker deals, despite the availability of the ingredients. Too much hassle assembling those mother****ers. And I still wanted my sandwich.
So I did what I generally do when presented with two irreconcilable options. I take a third.
Ladies and gentlemen of the Pikachu Social, without further ado, I present:
The Cracker Deli Sandwich.
Tonight will be a good night.
That is all.

Legit pasta is legit.
The last time I had that was about 2 months ago. The latest pasta I had 3 weeks ago was lasagna. Just meat, cheese, and tomato sauce. But I think I should've added more than that.
