That totally reminds me I have like 12 days to practice for the Ottawa major on the 27th. I've been busy with other stuff and forgot how hype that's gonna be since TTT's going to be bringing a bunch of people down and streaming it too.

Actually, Chie's j.C is Body attribute, unlike most other j. attacks which are Head attribute, meaning it'll straight up hit anti-airs since they're only Head attribute invuln. :D

:ohwell: I had no idea lol. I hate that move since I'll generally fail to AA Chie because of it. Zong One kept doing it and it gave me trouble for a short bit.

Incidentally here are some other interesting j.C's
Kanji's j.C is Body attribute, which is why it's so successful at countering anti-airs
Akihiko's j.C is Leg attribute, making it impossible to low profile (I think?? no idea what Leg actually does lol)
Labrys' j.C is Projectile attribute, allowing it to cut through most other attacks and stop other projectiles (like Yukiko fans)

I play against a Chie player a lot, and the day that he found this out was the saddest day of my Persona career.

Use your resources wisely and learn how to manage them. You want to be in Orgia, as much as possible without running out completely. Learn combos. Learn how to pressure with Orgia. Using 22B to disengage Orgia will put you in overheat state, don't do it. j.C is really good, quicker than it looks, and easy to confirm off of. 2B is good for spacing and anti-airing, but your opponent can roll through it, so don't get predictable.

Man, it's great to know my Aigis will always be terrible, I need to play her more so I'll always have an excuse for losing.

It would save me so much frustration.

It sounds to me like your Chie problem is you don't play her enough. :p

12 hour late edit: I saw what was said about playing against one, I just actually meant jokingly playing AS her enough.

How does she do against other characters though? My understanding is that Chie, Narukami, Mitsuru, and Teddie shut her down pretty bad.

Thoughts?

She does pretty decently vs most of the cast.

I think she has a hard time with Yosuke, but I know she has a lot of setups against him so I don't think I can make an accurate judgement on it.

vs Labrys I don't know. If you can make her block I feel like you pretty much win but she's essentially a better version of you without the asterius.

Anyone that relies on zoning just loses to her lol

But this is what I think with my limited knowledge lol

I wish she had a good anti-air =/

She basically beats everyone else that you didn't list besides Aigis, Akihiko, and Yosuke. Asterius can shut down keepaway and characters with awful defense options.

I guess I find zoning and keepaway two different things. Teddie zoning her with items and normals give her issues.
