I have a question about TV's. I wanna play rpgs, but on my crv tv the text is too small. But whenever i play games on my friends hdtv's there's noticeable delay that i cant deal with if i want to play fighting games. Is there a happy medium? or do i just have to switch off between TVs?

either way can anyone suggest a TV i should buy?
If your PS3 is hooked up via HDMI/Component cables and you have Game mode enabled on your TV, it should mask some of the lag. For some TVs it might not be sufficient. Eventhubs had an article detailing the lag for each one. ASUS is the best but is just a monitor. I own a Samsung which isn't that different in lag.

It's actually kind of odd that he mentioned the lag on the hdtv thing and you mention masking lag and monitors since my HDTV actually appears to have less lag than the EVO monitors that get used at the get togethers and tourneys I've been to since things always come across as me doing them too fast on those.

That's because it's actually your TV that has more lag. If you're doing things too fast on a monitor, that means you're compensating for your TV's lag by inputting things more quickly than necessary. You probably need to slow down a little in comparison to a monitor, because it has almost no lag in comparison to an HDTV.

On an unrelated note, I learned some Titanomachia combos! Titanomachia is so cool. 。◕‿◕。

interestingly enough, i don't think kirisame has a gold ticket. JEO saikyou(JEO最強) #1 shabrys

nerina, sagara, しょたぼう, and JEO saikyou are the shabrys' that got in if that # is accurate, which means no sorashido =(

domi akihiko got in : D

yume aigis got in for sure

むぃ aigis looks like a girl

hayashi is the only real yosuke iirc

thanks for the long session Minato. sorry if it got boring for you.

i would like to think i got better at blocking after that but by the end i think i was still getting hit by a bunch of stuff. i know i did a bit too many random zios/garus. got to work on that. and ugh drops the few times i had a combo going.

shoutouts to never being able to get out of the right corner.

GGs, and no worries. The matchup on Liz vs Narukami is like 2-8/3-7 to me anyways. Every move of hers can be beaten by Narukami, imo.
And it wasn't boring at all. Liz was like my secondary before, but I never had much experience fighting her. You'd see me get clipped by 2B, 5B, or even 5A anti air, and those are hitboxes I need to get used getting around or beating them.

execution stuff i screwed up on that i particularly remember:

one time i had you in the corner and i should have gone for the Mind Charge > 214214 finisher but i ended up doing Maragi because i'm just so used to that.

sweep into Mamudoon when going for SB Garu wtf. Diarahan instead of Mind Charge which i didn't even need to do..

any specific tips you could offer? i know i should be doing j.B instead of 5B since i got punished a lot for that. during the Liz mirrors i knew i was getting counterhit nearly every time i went for your Thanatos and you were right there but i just couldn't stop my finger from pressing that button.

I'm not the best at Liz since she's really changed her main strategy now in the last months. And yeah, I figured that Mamudoon wasn't on purpose. Tips? It's best to utilize her air back dash. One use is to zone with A Maziodyne. You air back dash to do a low one so you can recover from it. If you don't, Narukami can just punish with anything. Another is off of Liz's new oki setup. I forget where to do it, but you can oki with C (corner) or D Maragidyne. Then you do jump forward, A+C, backairdash, A+C and then do either j.A or 2A for a fifty/fifty. It's kind of hard. Using 5B is still ok, just make sure it doesn't whiff. Chie might be able to 2A under it so be careful.

And pressing buttons on 2C, I have that problem too. I ate your Mabudyne by accidentally jumping too much, so we're even, haha.

Other than that, I thought your blocking was really good. It's just a matter of not eating any frame traps and getting out when you can.
sorry minato my brother is gonna watch tv now

DxTwentyTwo... you're so netplay lol. There's like no reason for you to do half of the things you do, especially offline.

Well wouldn't the reasoning be something along the lines of I'm not a very good player so I make bad decisions?
GGs, it's nothing personal, but there's just your view on risk/reward is a little skewed like a lot of people when learning fighters. First thing is the beginning of the match. Lots of time it was yolo stuff. Seeing Sweep/AoA/Dash Spring was confusing. Second problem was most of your starters. Neutral game I'd see sweep starter or dash spring starter. A little odd but hard to react to online. Another thing I'd like to see is learning your FC combos and your Sukukaja combos. Every time I whiffed a DP, you punished with AAAA. If you don't know your FC combo or you're unsure you can land it, at least use a stronger starter. Your Sukukaja combos was mainly auto combos, he can do a lot of damage so it's best to learn them if you're going to be using Sukukaja.

Something I want to say that most people will have issues, not just you, is meter management. One time I had 80 percent health and you had very little. I saw you did SB Dash Spring into Garudyne. The problem was I didn't need to be scared after since you had no meter so it wouldn't be an easy comeback.

The good was that you adapted and started doing long blockstrings/frame traps. I'm glad for that and I fell for grabs or AoAs.

I also noticed you did moonsault a lot after air teching. I've never seen Yosukes do that, but I can't say it's necessarily bad either until I find a way to beat it.

Canada post sucks. My stick parts were supposed to be here today. Then the delivery man forgets to drop the key to the mailbox.

I was so excited when the tracking said it was delivered ;_;.

I know your pain. Canada post can take forever for things to get here. Even off of Amazon.ca, when it should take like 2 days to get here tops, it'll wind up taking 7 sometimes.
