You know that crew SCRAAH! will be coming. Is there anybody who will actually be coming?
I know I did...Yeah, I'll try to go back to my original idea of making the thread picture somewhat relevant to the current Ottawa scene.
Percon: We love you guys! Are you guys still coming to Ottawa?
Randy: You left your headphones and controller here. If Ariel is going to Cameron's tomorrow, I'll tell him to bring them along with him.
Kinky.remilia, I got you a present, but it's in my pocket...
You are always welcome in myBEEENNN! Are you in town right now? I'm going to a party tonight and I'm going to have to walk home tomorrow. But like your place is on the way home, and walking to your place to play smash is better than walking home and killing myself on ice. Whaddaya say?
If that's a toned-down version of the boss, I'd hate to see what the regular version looks like!I'm also getting hyped for BlazBlue, the next game from the makers of Guilty Gear. It's been called Guilty Gear-Lite, the systems are much simpler, without the insane amount of practice required to be good in GG.
There was this awesome boss character, and I was really dismayed that he wasn't playable. I told myself, if he becomes playable I must play this game. Well they just unlocked a toned-down legal version of him.

So I am now looking forward to SF4 and BlazBlue, can't wait!
He looks really strong there, but he requires 'heat guage' to link any of his moves together, which slowly charges throughout the match. You can see the gauge, little stars in the bottom left.If that's a toned-down version of the boss, I'd hate to see what the regular version looks like!
Chapter 7 is pretty close to the end, you will be into the post-game brokenness soon enough. If you want any help with anything there, just let me knowHe looks really strong there, but he requires 'heat guage' to link any of his moves together, which slowly charges throughout the match. You can see the gauge, little stars in the bottom left.
The other cast members in BlazBlue can do broken **** all day, he can only do it with his gauge, so if he misses he's screwed.
P.S. Disgaea 3 is too good Cam, seems like there is gonna be a huge ceiling to try to break through in terms of broken power level :D
Haven't completed story yet, just entered chapter 7.
I never got really serious, but I did play Guilty Gear on and off about a year ago (mostly base XX, but I have played a bit of Slash and Accent Core). If you bring it, I'll play you at itThat controller is pretty cool, but $150? Holy crap. If I got one, it would probably be more along the lines of the one that Sirlin recommends (and used to get to the top of the the leaderboards for HD Remix):

But I'll probably end up holding out until they make a stick that's multiplatform, or make some kind of 360<->PS3 controller adapter.
BlazBlue is looking pretty cool! It would be nice if that game catches on cause I'm the only person who likes Guilty Gear in Ottawa, apparently. =/
I almost bought Naruto Ninja Storm for PS3, but the fighting seems really shallow-but fun.and I bought the new naruto game which is epicly fun if you watch(ed) the show lol
Sounds cool.lol whatever, we'll party for sure some other time... like next friday? feel free to come into the city early and chill... or afterwards? i'm down...
