I beat some scrub, Foxy, Bobobo, and bassem.
lost to - chucknasty and bassem

It was super close versus bassem and chuck nasty

first time I went 2-0 with bassem, 2 stocking him on his CP. Planned a footstool off his bike and gimped him! woot

Then I went 2-3 with chuck nasty, I didnt take him seriously on the first round and let him come back from a 3 stock

Then me and bassem went 2-3 in losers I dont have enough good CP's against wario!

Beat Tearbear and Havok

Lost to Havok and Larry

Doubles: Larry and I barrrrely won against Havok and Tearbear, we beat them in winners in 5 games, but then they ultimately took us to game 5 of the second set. Larry and I were down 2-1 but I clutched a 1v1 w/ tearbear and then we somehow beat their double MK team on RC. Oli-Falco baby.

Singles: I lost to Havok pretty early on. He played super gay (Havok if you find this I swear I mean that as a compliment lol) and got the best of me. I was airdodging like a noob and he capitalized on all my mistakes, he did a really good job staying patient and waiting for me to **** up.

I fought my way back to Tearbear. I won game 1 on Rich Brown Stadium. He then 3 stocked me pretty hardcore on Brinstar, I think I'm banning that from now on haha. I CPed him to Castle Siege, it was super close, but I switched up my style on the last stock and went slightly more aggro and I think it caught him off guard.

I played Havok again, and this time I decided to camp him with sideB. I realized that he was giving me LOADS of space and that I wasn't doing anything at all to force an approach. I got a super lucky spike at the end of game 1, and then I was getting 3 stocked on RC but almost brought it back, and then barely finished it off on castle siege.

I ultimately lost to Larry, but I have a legit john: After my set with Havok I checked the time and realized it had gotten really late. Yesterday happened to be my birthday and I had some plans to go w/ some friends to the Comedy Store, and I was wayyyyy late for that. I almost just forfeit to Larry so I could make it a little earlier, but I ultimately decided just to play him. I wasn't focused at all and I purposefully played wreckless and rushed him just so I could get out of there sooner and get on to my birthday plans. I still managed to get a game off him. I think if I had time and I was focused I coulda beaten him. All that being said I don't wanna take anything away from Larry, he still beat me and he's still ridiculously good haha.

That's the breakdown. First so cal tournament all summer that most of the so cal ranked players we all able to attend at the same time lol
