I've been reading and playing with some friends around here (attempting to play with advanced techs, lol) since even before I joined Smashboards. I also lurked the GFAQs Melee board back in the day too. I was a very minor part of the community, but I'd say that constitutes as playing Smash before Chibo's Slowbro obsession started. 
Either way, he started liking Slowbro before the Shellder ordeal, I suppose.

Yeah, all the big name tournies take place on weekdays. I mean work, potential summer school students, perhaps college goers, none of that matters. Maybe not this week, but in the coming summer weeks. His tourney is next Saturday or Sunday, maybe both, not sure.
