they're giving mod to quality posters who contribute to specific boards that need the help, since the boards are just about all full now you won't be seeing many new mods unless some resign/problems arise.

Yeah, because it's not like I contribute a ridiculous amount to the Pika boards or anything...... that guide just sprang out of my *** one day. I had nothing to do with it. And the video thread just magically started updating itself after being dead forever...... oh, and old threads that had been abandoned that needed new OPs? Did I get those revived? And what about being just about the only person helping new Pikas in the critique thread?

I'm really tired of people pointing to my join date in regards to this whole mod thing. Steel, I think/know you're joking, but it's getting old.

Try calling them back? If they were drunk, they may not remember calling you. Or at least you could get a voicemail message stating who they are. Or just ask around, do you recognize these numbers. In private, of course. People see random telephone numbers, and they go crazy.
Also, who have you given your number out to? If you know it's not any of them, perhaps one of them can't be trusted and gave it to others.

What you need is to stop relying on other people. Do you understand the kind of pressure they feel when everyone is counting on you? How would you feel if you had to cancel, or leave early, and take everyone back home before getting eliminated from tourney? Or not even leave at all?

The hell did that have to do with anything? You act like we were mad at matt or something cause we had to leave. No one blamed matt cause we had to leave. He's the driver. Either u go with him or get left. It was a easy choice.
Anyway i would like to go to viridian. I want to go and try to place high. Cause if i don't i might now enter tournament for a while. It just don't make any sense no more. Me and truth were both talking about quitting brawl and just playing brawl+ but i wouldn't do that because the brawl+ scene isn't big enough.
Also is anyone here still going to genesis? I was going to go but bump it now. All the money i have i need for the apt which we should get within a month(Tusm i need to talk to u. Me Wurv and kage already got the details about the apt)
But back to the driver thing. How many drivers do we really have? MIB,Rush and maybe truth right? Thats it. (And didn't rush said he wasn't doing any more tournaments either?)If any of yall is driving to virdian let me know! It think it should be mandatory that whoever is driving each person in the car should give them minimum 5$ I wanted to giv truth more yesterday but thats all i had left lol. I get my car hopefully within the next month or so and it can fit 7 people! Once that happens we should be cool as far as rides go(if i still feel like going to tournaments lol)

I'm not relying on a driver. If someone drives, cool, if not, then I don't go, w/e. Also public trans is an option for viridian (not puffs though to my knowledge) but obviously I would rather go by car.
And if a driver has to leave, so be it, it happens. I've been in the situation where I've had to leave early before. It's happened twice. Went to Smashtastrophe 2, 2 day Melee Brawl. My ride was gonna stay for both days but had to leave on the night of day 1 and miss Brawl. I didn't wanna miss Brawl. I found someone else though to drive me home. If I wouldn't have been able to find one though, I woulda been stuck goin home early :/
Similar thing happened with Xesticle 12, but I found a differ ride home.
It is however lame if the driver wants to go home for no apparent reason and tries to force the rest of his car to go home early, especially if he/she receives gas compensation. Idk what MIBs situation was for B2yf, not talkin bout that really, though the two times my ride had to leave early were legit.
