Neither of those are correct, though I am working on implementing the point depreciation algorithm soon.

Because the tournaments in the update were old ones, thus affecting the point values of the people had at that time, thus affecting how much points were earned from the later tournaments?

What defines a retired player? Is it when a player says they quit or when they haven't gone to a tournament in X amount of time? Just curious lol (does not intend to cause problems, I'm literally just curious because Dojo did say that he quit)
If someone says they quit/retire then I mark them as retired. Otherwise I just leave them be.
