I downloaded the new pack you have available to the public, and used it to run the program along with the TIO files you gave me, and I got a completely different value than that of the OP's Texas PR.

However, running it with the program you personally sent me, I got the same values.

Which one do I keep?

But he doesn't play Sonic, and has zero experience with the match up.

In fact, aside from that freaky win X had vs. Lee's Lucario on Frigate Orhpeon at MLG Dallas, there's not a single record of any Sonic beating any well known Lucario since the game's beginning.
