He's pretty much a baby blue color all around, like his skin and EVERYTHING.

That's all I can really say, it's Mario, just pretty much Made of Ice.

Color it all Baby Blue, Add some shine effects (No Fox, not you) and you pretty much have it.

I would do that, but I suck with Photoshop, I`ll try and get better one day.

What happens if you challenge someone to use paint (not photoshop) to make a knuckles colour change for sonic? What if that person can barely use paint? You don't want to know, but I'll post it anyway:

Okay, after my failed attempt to make a knuckles costume for sonic, I switched to a different program called Paint.NET to take another stab at a sonic costume:

I don't see how you would make ice mario. This is just using those premade filters the software already has

First of all, this is a custom colours thread, so you shouldn't change the body. Second, I'm not good enough to rework the body without it looking horrendous, so I didn't bother. Like I said too many times before, I suck at photo editing programs.
