Bannerbomb. So someone said this to me regarding B+
"Next Lan I'm going to bring some pre-made Brawl+ SD cards so you can put them into any Wii and it will automatically run Brawl+"
What does this mean? is there a way we can get b+ (and textures??) on a wii without having to softmod it via twilight princess etc?
is there a way to make this work on the wii mote and chuckNo, the one I posted is to make a Custom Stage Select Screen, like you can make a Custom Character Select Screen.
And I just realized, I have, and have been using the code you've been looking for.
here it is:
Code:Button Music Modifier 284DE4B0 0000YYYY 4A000000 90180F06 14000076 FF00XXXX E0000000 80008000 Replace the Y's with one of the buttons below and replace the X's with the song's number. Holding that button while a stage loads will play that song. 0080 - No Button 0081 - D-Pad Left 0082 - D-Pad Right 0084 - D-Pad Down 0088 - D-Pad Up 0090 - Z 00A0 - R 00C0 - L 0180 - A 0280 - B 0480 - X 0880 - Y 1080 - Start/Pause Example: 284DE4B0 00000081 4A000000 90180F06 14000076 FF00272E E0000000 80008000 With this code, holding left on the d-pad while a stage is loading will play Bramble Blast. You can set a song to each button and even do button combinations too like L+R or L+R+B+A. Music List Replace XXXX with one of the following (Nameless and Unused songs will most likely NOT work) 26F9 Menu 1 26FA Menu 1 26FB Menu 2 26FC Battlefield 26FD Final Destination 26FF Online Practice Stage 2700 Results Display Screen 2701 Tournament Registration 2702 Tournament Grid 2703 Tournament Match End 2705 Classic: Results Screen 2706 ENDING 2707 All-Star Rest Area 2708 Home-Run Contest 2709 Cruel Brawl 270A Boss Battle 270B Trophy Gallery 270C Sticker Album / Album / Chronicle 270D Coin Launcher 270F Stage Builder 2712 Target Smash!! 2713 Credits 2714 Ground Theme (Super Mario Bros.) 2715 Underground Theme (Super Mario Bros.) 2716 Underwater Theme (Super Mario Bros.) 2717 Underground Theme (Super Mario Land) 2718 Airship Theme (Super Mario Bros. 3) 2719 Castle / Boss Fortress (Super Mario World / SMB 3) 271A Title / Ending (Super Mario World) 271B Main Theme (New Super Mario Bros.) 271C Luigi's Mansion Theme 271D Gritzy Desert 271E MLRPG02 (Unused) 271F MORINOKINOKO (Unused) 2720 Delfino Plaza 2721 Ricco Harbor 2722 Main Theme (Super Mario 64) 2723 Ground Theme 2 (Super Mario Bros.) 2724 Mario Bros. 2725 Mario Circuit 2726 Luigi Circuit 2727 Waluigi Pinball 2728 Rainbow Road 2729 Jungle Level Ver.2 272A The Map Page / Bonus Level 272B Opening (Donkey Kong) 272C Donkey Kong 272D King K.Rool / Ship Deck 2 272E Bramble Blast 272F Battle for Storm Hill 2730 Jungle Level 2731 25m BGM 2732 DK Jungle 1 Theme (Barrel Blast) 2733 Title (The Legend of Zelda) 2734 Main Theme (The Legend of Zelda) 2735 Great Temple / Temple 2736 The Dark World 2737 Hidden Mountain & Forest 2738 KAZENOSAKANA (Unused) 2739 Tal Tal Heights 273A Hyrule Field Theme 273B Ocarina of Time Medley 273C Song of Storms 273D Molgera Battle 273E Village of the Blue Maiden 273F Gerudo Valley 2740 Termina Field 2741 Dragon Roost Island 2742 The Great Sea 2743 Main Theme (Twilight Princess) 2744 The Hidden Village 2745 Midna's Lament 2746 Main Theme (Metroid) 2747 Norfair 2748 Ending (Metroid) 2749 Vs. Very interesting! Thank you for the info. Does that mean that you can't affect the base knockback or knockback gain of a throw whatsoever? Or is it throw-dependent?Some throws have hitboxes. This is not the same as every throw having a hitbox. A trivial example is Luigi's backthrow - during it, he spins the opponent around. Anyone who comes in contact with the opponent during this time takes damage. This is a hitbox of the throw. Increasing the damage of it does not serve to increase the knockback of the throw (except in the context that the opponent will be at a higher % damage as it dealt more in some cases).
yah reallyOk so I spent pretty much most of the day hunting down this Custom Stage Select Screen code, and I'm kind of confused about some parts of it, because where I got it from, didn't really explain it/left parts out.
So I think I've pretty much figured out that the ZZZZZZZZ lines are for example, 0B0B1E18 if I wanted Norfair and Skyworld next to each other since it goes Level ID then Icon ID.Code:Custom SSS V1.1 [spunit262] 066B1E64 00000048 7F43D378 7F24CB78 480070E5 80180040 2C000002 41820010 2C030029 41820078 4800005C 4B9FD78D 2C030033 41810068 2C030028 41810048 2C030024 41810058 4800003C 60000000 046B1F04 4800002C 046B8F5C 7C802378 046B8F64 7C6300AE 040AF618 5460083C 040AF6AC 5463083C 040AF6C0 88030001 006B929C 000000WW 066B99D8 000000WW VVVVVVVV VVVVVVVV 006B92A4 000000NN 066B9A58 000000NN MMMMMMMM MMMMMMMM 06407AAC 000000YY ZZZZZZZZ ZZZZZZZZ -- Blank -- 00 00 BattleField 01 01 01 Final Destination 02 02 02 Delfino Plaza 03 03 03 Luigi's Mansion 04 04 04 Mushroomy Kingdom 05 05 05 Mario Circuit 06 06 06 75 m 07 07 07 Rumble Falls 08 08 08 Pirate Ship 09 09 09 Oldin (Bridge of Eldin) 33 0A 0A Norfair 0B 0B 0B Frigate Orpheon 0C 0C 0C Yoshi's Island 0D 0D 0D Halberd 0E 0E 0E Lylat Cruise 13 0F 0F Pokémon Stadium 2 14 10 10 Spear Pillar 15 11 11 Port Town Aero Dive 16 12 12 Summit 17 13 13 Flat Zone 2 18 14 14 Castle Siege 19 15 15 WarioWare, Inc. 1C 16 16 Distant Planet 1D 17 17 Skyworld 1E 18 18 Mario Bros. 1F 19 19 New Pork City 20 1A 1A Smashville 21 1B 1B Shadow Moses Island 22 1C 1C Green Hill Zone 23 1D 1D PictoChat 24 1E 1E Hanenbow 25 1F 1F Temple 29 32 20 Yoshi's Island (Melee) 2A 33 21 Jungle Japes 2B 34 22 Onett 2C 35 23 Green Greens 2D 36 24 Rainbow Cruise 2F 37 25 Corneria 30 38 26 Big Blue 31 39 27 Brinstar 32 3A 28 Pokémon Stadium 2E 3B 29 Menu -- 64 2A ConfigTest 26 -- Bridge of Eldin 2B Result 28 -- Temple 2C Homerun 34 -- Mushroomy Kingdom 2D Edit 35 -- Luigi's Mansion 2E Heal 36 -- Spear Pillar 2F OnlineTraining 37 -- Final Destination 30 TargetBreak 38 -- 75 m

I'm not sure. I'm sure it exists somewhere. I've only ever seen the game cube controller setup. Maybe try asking the IRC, or even Googling it, because the forum search here sucks.is there a way to make this work on the wii mote and chuck
Generalized Super Code is what I'm assuming you are referring to.What is GSC by Phantom Wings? I'm kinda lost. It's hard to google a 3 letter word.
The PCS files are encoded and are loaded directly when you choose the character on the selection screen. The pac files are not encoded and are loaded dynamically during gameplay -- for example, when transforming as Zelda, the game loads the pac file, not the pcs file. What's the difference between PCS and PAC files for character textures?
So pac files aren't requires except for characters that change mid-battle, such as Zelda -> Sheik and the regular Pokemon trainer? The PCS files are encoded and are loaded directly when you choose the character on the selection screen. At least, I'm pretty positive that's the way of it.

there are almost no people answering questions on this thread...yah really
r u using the snap shot method to load the codes or the double gct? also make sure ur naming the pcs right (FitSnake00 would change his original color to the pcs) the name is case sensitive. also make sure you have file replacment code on in ur brawl+ codesOkay... here's goes....
I apologize in advance since this question probably has been answered thousands of times. I have searched the boards but have found many answers that left me with more questions and each answer was for different methods, so in sort I need an answer that a simple person like myself could understand...
Please be gentle, I know most of you are annoyed with this, but don't know where else to go.
So here it is:
I'm currently able to run Brawl+ but cannot get the textures to work, I've checked my directories and they seem to be running fine. But everytime I load, only brawl+ plays. Any ideas?
I wanna play as Old Snake
Currently using:
Gecko 1901 (1.9)
Plusery 4.1 (the downloaded files provided by this site)
Using that stuff Brawl+ works fine, but minus the Textures. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for you time.
Uh, not exactly sure which method exactly I just downloaded the plusery from the link and did what would be necessary, so I don't know which method is what (not an experienced coder)r u using the snap shot method to load the codes or the double gct? also make sure ur naming the pcs right (FitSnake00 would change his original color to the pcs) the name is case sensitive. also make sure you have file replacment code on in ur brawl+ codes
What you comeented was not a question at all.there are almost no people answering questions on this thread...
I was quoting the other person's question, as in asking how to use that code. What you comeented was not a question at all.
If your directory is like that as you say and the texture name is like that (both of which are correct), then the only other possible explanation is your codes are wrong.Uh, not exactly sure which method exactly I just downloaded the plusery from the link and did what would be necessary, so I don't know which method is what (not an experienced coder)
As for the naming conventions this is what it looks like: (the F: drive is my SD card)
F:\private\wii\APP\RSBE\pf\fighter\Snake
and the name for the texture:
FitSnake00.pcs
I've tried multiple methods (even going to the 4.2 RSBE01.gct) but so far nothing...
Is the .gct file I use blocking the Textures?

The files you DL from sites such as kittycorp don't go on the SD. You need to run them through a program called "cupash" first. Unfortunately, the site which provides the tutorial is having difficulties and therefore you can't get it. I'm sure someone here has it though, so PM one of the more code oriented people and they might just e-mail you it.where should character select portraits go on the sd card for them to work? :O
Here's my rundown:the only other possible explanation is your codes are wrong.
You need to use a code called "File Replacement V2.1a":
I guess what could be the problem is that you aren't enabling the code via the code manager when you compile it.
Uh... if you reply saying "I downloaded the already compiled GCT" then I have no idea what the problem is.
By the way, what size SD card are you using? What's your Wii's firmware (version)?
it cant be a SDHC card. Use one of the standard 2 GB ones if you want that much memory. Here's my rundown:
I have a US wii so I use the American codes
Using a SDHC 4 GB card.
Wii firmware verion 4.0
All I did was go to the provided download link and unzipped the Plusery 4.1.rar, placed the files on the root of my SD and loaded
About the code you provided...I thought that was already packaged in the 4.1 rar...
About the enabling of the codes: I have the code manager 1.1 but the lines are limited to 256, I've done some thread browsing saying there is a manager that allows up to 8k lines I think the problem is that:
The codes aren't enabled and to do so I must diable some features of brawl plus 4.1 to get the tex hacks.
Should I just format my SD card, redownload the 4.1 rar and seek out the newest code manager to enable the codes?
K so this is what I comprehend so far (sorry, but was born a natural computer idiot)it cant be a SDHC card. Use one of the standard 2 GB ones if you want that much memory.
Oh, and just download the gameconfig.txt file that you need to get over 8000 lines.
yeah it has to be a 2Gig standard Sd card, and any brand should work so long as it is a SD not SDHCit cant be a SDHC card. Use one of the standard 2 GB ones if you want that much memory.

Yes, you are correct.K so this is what I comprehend so far (sorry, but was born a natural computer idiot)
I must purchase a STANDARD 2 GB SD card (any brands recommended?)
the gameconfig.txt file is necessary to get over 8K lines of code (may I have a link please and how does it work?)
Keep the files I have and load them to the 2GB card and things will start working.
If that's a yes then thank you thank you thank you...
