I completely understand the logic behind the post but I completely disagree with Wario losing to Diddy.

Since when does Diddy beat Wario and ICs the majority of the time? Since when is Diddy vs MK *that* close? If you go by the results you "see" then Wario / ICs are both ~50/50 and MK is like ~35/65.

That is just my opinion on these MUs. I see Diddy having a pretty small advantage on Wario and ICs. And since we're supposed to list how often they would win I posted these numbers.

At the +/- system I'd use 0 to 1 for Wario and 0 to 1 for ICs, since they are pretty close.

seems to me you just said it was based on win rates in your post and then changed your mind to defend yourself.

objectively, if we go by win rates, Metaknight 9:1s the entire cast.

of course, we have no real set of win rates to go by because no TO does match slips. We simply have often flawed tournament results threads that simply can't account for every set played in the tournament, nor stages used.

As far as rations go, I see it as how much a character has advantage over the course of a match. As in, a 60:40 means that a character will have advantage during 60% of the match course (by using its tools, covering its opponent's options, etc).
So, the thero character, with 40% of opportunities/options able to beat its opponent's have an uphill battle...
Then, there are options or exploits with more value than others, like chaingrabs, Marth's chaingrab>Spike, grab releases, or gimps.

I actually agree with this. I have felt jiggs is the worst character in smash for a while. Ganon is terrible don't get me wrong, but with a few good reads at least he hits hard enough to compensate. It's kinda like that old melee concept. MU's were just as bad in melee, but due to the speed of the game, you don't have to play them for as long. Ganon at least has the ability to not play the MU for as long as opposed to jiggs who must usually play the MU for close to 8 minutes.
