Even if we gave corsola great defenses/HP, that doesn't change its typing, which is kinda eh.
Corsolla still has features that don't apply to any other wall, big game changing features. Explosion is the biggest one, but also being able to so easily raise its stats plus 2, having access to ingrain aqua ring and recover, magic coat, natural cure, refresh, and a large support movepool all make it an incredibly interesting wall. In fact I worry, deeply worry the stats i gave him were simply too much considering the ease that he can boost himself.

Corsola would still be weak to Fighting, electric and ground attacks with a 4x weakness to Grass, with its only useful resistances going to Fire and Ice(Poison/Flying is basically meaningless for resists and Blissey is the only normal pokemon nowadays) Even with beastly stats it's extremely common weaknesses would make it manageable, although its Base stats do seem a little TOO extreme.

also it's albeit not all be it.

I have no idea how Slow start can be changed. I cannot find a single file that has raw coding on abilities, so I assuming changing it will be a deeper matter I'll have to delve into.

All the other changes are currently possible, though.

Sorry to double post, but I am here to confirm that I have implemented the above changes. Only Lilibelle remains to be done and then I will release a download of the changes. Regigigas' change has been purposefully left out due to impossibilities at this time.

Alright, don't worry about it. To prevent extra time, we can just re-change our edits on Regigigas.

Eventually I'll figure out how to change abilities.

When I do I'll do that change.

Why does Ursaring have zero proposed changes? Also, where is this test server?

Sudowoodo- Rock/Normal (lol wut)
Ability: Chlorophyll/Mold Breaker (lol wut)
Stat changes: Base stat total- 500
HP: 130
Attack: 110
DF: 120
SPD: 50
Speed: 60

Sudowoodo has always been a pretty lulzy pokemon. Now its lulziness comes over to the battle field. I'm sure you are probably thinking, what? at his first ability, but believe me when I say there is a reason for everything.

Rock/Normal, a horrible idea right? Not when your Sudo. Now Sudo possesses the most powerful attack in the entire game, STAB Explosion. This would just tempt out ghost pokemon right? Ehh, maybe. Sudo's main weakness is to fighting attacks, so the user has to make a pretty risky decision to switch in their pokemon. However, aside from this type change, there is more that makes this pokemon a lulzy competitor.

The abilities do a couple of things for Sudo. Moldbreaker allows him to destroy the Rotom forms and Gengar as they switch into his assumed explosion. Being the only non grass user of Chloryphil increases the use of Sunny day. Though still weak to priority, after setting up Sunny, to any pokemon who isn't Metagross or Scizor Sudo now poses a major threat, outrunning many counters. Metagross has to be weary of a substitute set. Don't worry too much about Scizor though, I'm sure we'll make plenty of counters for him.

The idea behind the stat spread is to keep his speed weakness but provide him some room to use Chr, increase the power of his Exploision so that even the most pesky of steel pokemon won't phase him, and give him large substitutes to sit behind. Also, I don't see why every fully evolved non-legendary doesn't have 500 base stats.

Another idea I'm working through is Golduck with Trace, but I'm still crunching numbers on that one.

Mold Breaker only affects abilities. Immunities granted by typing aren't affected.

Well aware of that. Its purpose is to prevent Ghost types with levitate to come in and force a switch without getting harmed themselves, since so many ghost types have levitate.

My results from testing last night:

I was wrong about Jumpluff being a great lead, she's just slightly too slow, however she's now very capable of handling herself as a full team member when used as something other than a lead. Sub sets work wonders now, and she is a great person to use to set up Sunny Day. So far I think we were successful with Jumpluff.

Electrode is nasty. No reason to buff him anymore.

Didn't get adequate testing with the others yet.

Let's not do any changes to new Pokemon until this current round of testing gets done, okay? Then we'll come back here to start new changes.

I'll actually go make a Metagame thread for it: np: 1-1: Into the Beginning.

Everyone and their mother is currently testing stuff with Sharpedo, and eventually we'll be using standard OUs with Scizor, etc. Priority isn't much a of a problem to have at this point, really. There's also the fact that Skarmory can simply come into it and WW it away without fearing for itself.

So should I got make the thread? It would be easier to discuss the current testings without interfering in this changes thread in the future. We would be able to discuss the SmashCAPs (read: Lilibelle) alongside opur changes, too.

Sorry, but item and ability editing are out of my reach. Just buff is Atk and SpA x1.2 or something so he becomes just as efficient with LO than with LB

After a bit of calcing, the closest we can get for Raichu to have 135 Atk/Spatk while holding a Life Orb is 104.

... :/ You sure you want to make another Infernape?

Light Ball is for Pikachu and pikachu only!

Raichu can have better stats, but Pikachu has to be more powerful with a Light Ball. Always.
