EA, do you understand the game physics behind platform cancelling? Not just how to do it.

I don't understand it exactly, all I know is you can only do it on stages that move and there is a character value that affects how much if a timing window you get (not sure what value that is, pretty sure it's not jump accel though). Also ICs get crazy desync options if you do it frame perfect.

Same rules as the last one you were at. Locks and chaingrabs haven't been an issue in years. Brawl's ruleset is pretty stable right now.
