I cannot, for the life of me, comprehend wtf is going on here.
Someone calling ME antisocial, when in the past god knows how ****ing long, I have been the most social of anyone in this ****ing scene. Please think about what you are saying before you say it. I am the one who is always on MSN and always like "Hey guys, want to hit up skype?" and ****. So what you're saying Gords is clearly completely incorrect.
As for implying that I won't be ready for my TP run EA, that is annoying in itself. I am literally the only person in this ****house of a scene who is adamant about keeping my word about things. You are one of the main people who is like "man everyone else is so unreliable" and yet you imply that you put more faith in Scoot, who is the king of bailing on ****, over me. ****ing hilarious.
If you want Scoot to do it, let me know, because I can see a situation occurring where I put all this time and effort in, and you're like "nah Scoot is doing it now." Would not surprise me one bit. I'd just like some warning before I go any further with this.

There was NO intention of taking over TP, Ted. It was just intended as a back up because EA is nothing more than concerned that you hadn't started yet and wouldn't be ready. I don't see why that has to come off as a personal attack to you, or even as offensively as you seem to take it.

Actually, I have indicated several times to him that I've been practicing, so either he wasn't paying attention, or you are speculating to the situation.
Furthermore, why would EA complicate things by having my backup as someone who has openly stated that they hate me, thus creating more competition between me and that person who has also openly stated to be extremely competitive with me.
Seems like an unnecessary recipe for hostility.

I don't think he was really thinking about that because it's not relevant at all unless you're gonna make it a big deal.

Ted, you're misunderstanding the situation with TP.
It's not a matter of faith, rather, from the outset I decided I wanted to arrange for backup players, because even if players are good to go **** can still come up (and has in the past). Every game except OOT has a backup player at this point. Scoot was only ever such a backup and he's understood it from the start. If it bothers you so much, I can show you posts from a year ago at the end of last year's 4/48 saying I intended to arrange backups, long before you were ever involved. Please rest assured that if you say you'll be ready then I believe that you will be.
However.
You should realise that your word is all I have to go off. You are almost actively unenthusiastic about anything zelda, to the point where it makes me wonder if it's something you're doing cause you want to, or just cause you promised you would. And while I am aware you've been learning stuff, my understanding is that you're making very little progress relative to how much time there is left, so you should at least be able to understand me getting worried. Also, why would I complicate things? Who cares. It's more important to me that the people playing are people who like the game, and scoot has told me he has a particular liking for TP. That's all there is to it. I don't even know what part of this could be taken personally.
Basically, the bottom line is, you are the TP player Ted, not Scoot. You gave me your word, so I can readily believe you'll be good to go when the time comes. Whether Scoot ends up playing or not is up to you.

Maybe I misunderstood EA telling me he's worried you wouldn't be ready in time, because of a lack of practicing. Which I took as no practice. I'm so sorry for that slight difference.

I made a conscious decision not to rage at his rage one week and ended up having one of the best practice sessions I've had for a long time. From what I can see I decided I had a bad attitude towards an inherantly good person, so I get accused of "hiding my rage". ****ing lol. If you want to see rage, say that **** to my face.

And yeah I sure do get flustered when I state something obvious to anyone who's seen how it works and then people disagree with me despite being wrong.
And as for me knowing better about what you're saying, you did exactly the same thing with the Gords thing. As I said, I was genuinely being nice to the guy, and since I wasn't raging when he got angry, it never escalated and I felt like we were having a much better time. Clearly you know better about that though right?
As for EA moving out, I doubt he ever really wanted to honestly. Ironically I'd probably be significantly less angry if I didn't live in this house where I have to watch my step constantly or feel the wrath of someone who is truly aggressive.

If you know so much about this, you wouldn't be here calling me out on calling ted out on everything. gords is just one of many things, and if you're as involved as you think you are, you would know that nothing I'm saying is untrue.
Honestly if it's so important to you to be involved. I can quite easily show you what people are saying. so unless people are bull****ting to me 100% of the time. I can quite confidently say I know what is happening here more than you.
