MK STILL places high here right? ppl may know the MU but MK still wins the MU or gets even. and its ultimately the players too. i think im pretty good at punishing, mix ups, etc so ill give it a shot. mk/falco will be good..ill be another bloodcross xD

yeah MK still places high. guess who those players are? veteran mk players. not the players "oh im tired of losing. time to pick up metaknight and start placing high asap" doesnt work that way. we had to work our way through. you act as if you reached the top with falco but its the character so you have to pick up a better character. man you got a long way to go. if i can pick up a falco in a month and be better, then you got some training to do.
edit: im done. just saying it isnt as eays as people think and if people have no right to complain if they havent reached a top level with their character yet to start complaining, especially when others can pick up said character in vast short time and be better.

Like I told you b4 stick with the character your most comfortable with and stop using wifi to determine how good you are. You still have miles to go to get to that beastly level Falco.

I plan on using mk, but only for certain matchups that I hate with my characters.

btw. im really happy because
they may start having monthlies here,
and monthlies at the border of holland and germany
and there are monthlies in france (but i wont be going to these until i can win here, i cant afford to yet). going to france for the whole weekend wouuld cost like 100 euros but winning 1st in singles would get me a couple of hundred so, until i feel confident (aka win here and have the money to start) then ill start hitting those.
its not definite yet except for the monthlies in france but if i could do 3 tournies a month that would be so boss
atm, since my wii doesnt work here (the electricity will fry it) i only can practice melee tech skill (borrowed a wii from a local). i opened my house starting this week wed-sun for people to come play me though so i hopefully can get in.
yesterday olaf(chair) slept over
next week marc is coming (im going to teach him some brawl ****s, hes gonna teach me melee), and jumpman may come next weekend.
there was a big tournament in barcelona that people wanted to go to, but then all the dutch players backed out of on my bday. now i may go again if the people in my dorm want to hit spain :D, i dont want to go to someplace on my bday alone xD
so yeah hopefully i can get in, wish me luck at future EU tournaments.

Picking up MK and having to MK ditto veteran MKs that have been doing the MU for two years doesn't exactly sound easy.

I'd never ditto. I only plan on using him for matchups like icy's (they all know how to fight snake), maybe toon link, marth(?), diddy, DDD, and maybe DK.
As you can see I'm still not sure yet, but I'm definitely not doing the ditto. That's what timing them out with wario is for (hopefully

It's alot easier then you think. If you understand the basic's of the ditto and are a smarter player, you'll most likely win.

sure as **** beats using falco on RC. falco has to win game 1 in order to not be gayed game 3.

Exactly, all Falcos should have a pocket mk imo. Even if Falco wins game 1 you gotta win game 3 also. So if you take away the fact you'll get gayed on Rainbow or Brinstar game 2 you have to outplay your opponent twice on neutral stages.

falco can beat a good mk on rainbow lol just study rainbow cruise alot with falco, ban brinstar in tourney, and dont play the MU the same as you would on other stages
and always stay to the right when you get off the boat. make sure you are always in front because then mk has to get to you, not the other way around.

You need a different mindset from falco to play wario/gaw imo. I can't imagine any of the falco mains using wario/gaw.

u know kelvin, im pretty good on RC, but if all the MK does is plank on the ship falco loses. no way he can get a CG or any decent damage after the boat... i got planked by an mk and lost there..
