Looking for RPGs for the DS

Hey guys, I just got a DSI that I won from a Wii tournament in my town. I'm looking for a good RPG that will keep me occupied and has an actually interesting story.

Any suggestions?

Sonic and th--

LOL YOU THOUGHT I WAS SERIOUS! To be honest, I have no idea. Fire Emblem DS isn't exactly an RPG (turn based strategy), but that's there. FFIVDS is the second one that comes to mind.

I liked Fire Emblem when I played it a long time ago on the GBA but I stopped playing it cause I thought the story sucked balls.

I was thinking about FFIV but I was looking for something that wasn't over 10 years old. Still may get that one though.

I heard FFIVDS has some cool changes to it, and isn't just a direct port + new graphics/voice acting. Yeah, the story of FE is never too great (excluding 9 and 10, so I hear), but the gameplay and challenge are the selling points of the series.

It's really your call. I also hear My World, My Way is good, but that seems like a very Inui/Dave game, lol.

*throws up after searching my world my way in google images*

I've yet to play a Final Fantasy game yet and since you said voice acting I may have to try it out.

I'm also unsure of how good the VAs are, so you may be disappointed. Spam would know more about that. You've really never played FF before? ****. Get yourself a GBA and PS1 emulator, then get FFs 4-9.

****, you won a DSi?

I want one, but the odds of me actually buying one are slim to none. xD

It's going to be getting some of its own games, right?

Edit: If Square ever got a rep into Smash, it'd definitely be Cecil.

Fire Emblems 4, 5, 9, and 10 have the best stories by far.

FE 4 first half --> FE 5 --> FE 4 second half.

FE 9 --> FE 10.

Both storylines are ridiculously awesome.

It's a pretty princess dungeon crawler, lol. Dave didn't play it yet, but he should. I enjoyed it...because it's cute and made by Atlus.

Atlus = funniest dialogue in games.

I never liked GTA at all. I honestly haven't played one, just ran around and killed people but I never liked the graphics and I don't like the hood :ohwell:
keitaro - Mariio + Luigi: Partners in time.

that game is ****.
I played the first one a lil bit and liked it so I'll try this game out.

I love Atlus games but I'm really gonna have to pass on that one, lol!!

The FE game I played also had an interesting storyline in the beginning then when they changed it I was sad. I think it was the one with Lyn.

Mario & Luigi Rpg 3 is coming out soon.

Bowser is one of the main and playable characters in this game.

My hotel has new and awesome TVs. I'm so mad that the Sleep Inn wasn't taking the friends and family discount or else we wouldn't have to deal with this! :(

Good luck Inui and M2K. I believe M2K can take first in everything and that Inui can take top 5 if he keeps his head straight :D
