You know this E3 was bad when there wasn't anything on a mainline Zelda, Metroid, Pokemon, Donkey Kong or Kirby.

That is shocking. Hopefully we get those secret reveals like Pac-Man in Smash and Codename Steam last year

Nintendo's E3 this year is apparently bad.
I wonder what happened in 2009; if I say that to myself I would be using my imagination.

FEXSMT is even more weeby

Nintendo's presentation in nutshell:
"Do you like Metroid/AC/FE?
Well, **** you."

The ending was so ****ing bad

The only good stuff was TLoZ 3 Swords, FE Fates, Stair Faix and spacePaper Jam
Overall a 4/10

GG Sony won E3

All of the trailers have huge dislike bars...

This is a little out of hand.

You know it's sad when probably the most hype thing about Nintendo's E3 was something that got leaked a day before it was announced.

More like the Nintendo hate is out of hand.
So much salt. Like, what were people expecting.

Oh well, at least I can bet E3 2016 will be better.

Eh? Are you only talking about the spinoffs?

Because Star Fox Zero barely has any dislikes.

Which games specifically? That worries me.
The Metroid games, Mario Tennis, Yo-Kai, Mario & Sonic, Animal Crossing amiibo Festival, and Skylanders.

Star Fox Zero, Fire Emblem, Xenoblade, Woolly World, Happy Home Designer, and Paper Jam are all mostly positive.

I personally feel they deserve the hate a little bit. You can't show up to E3 with all your big franchises, but all the big franchises outside of Star Fox and Fire Emblem are spin-offs and crossovers.

Like I love me some Nintendo, but they really fudged it up this time.

Do you guys think they'll announce more games this week?

I think they will. Next Level is confirmed working on that Prime Spinoff and Retro is at E3 so I wonder their plans and Next Level still has a major game as well considering they are big enough to work on more games.

I can guarantee the reactions would be different if the following things happened.
1. Roy and Ryu weren't leaked the two times they were.
2. Smash direct came straight after/ before the digital event.
The reactions would be so different.
Myself included.
Eh. Roy and Ryu would've just been labeled as the most hype things alongside Star Fox.

I agree. It wouldn't be able to entirely counteract my feelings about Federation Force, but I was pretty psyched after that Direct. They really should've saved it.

Eh, it's a bit of a toss-up.
Do I think it's an overreaction? Definitely. But it's not like I can't see why they're doing it (admittedly the AC Mario Party and especially Diet Metroid were utterly stupid).
Which is depressing because I do like what they did with Federation Force (I'd buy it at least). But where's the Metroid?

If it wasn't for some of the leaks, then Nintendo's E3 presentation would have been much more hype. You guys are disappointed because we got spoiled and knew about stuff ahead of time. Hyrule Warriors 3DS would have been incredible. Triforce Heroes alone looks great. If we didn't know about Roy/Ryu being released along with Lucas, it would've been more hype too (sorry). Wii U platform is lackluster, but I have a feeling NX will replace it in the very near future. I wouldnt be surprised if Zelda Wii U will be released on NX and Wii U at the same time.
I don't care for Hyrule Warriros 3DS and Triforce Heroes at all.

And the fact that Smash DLC and EarthBound Beginnings (and don't get me wrong, I LOVED both of these announcements) were the best announcements (and weren't at E3) really goes to show how poor of a job Nintendo did at E3. Even if they had both been in the conference this still would have been lackluster due to the fact that one of them is a re-release and the other is DLC for an upcoming game. With them not showing up at the Digital event, the show was a complete waste.

I am finished with Nintendo games chronologically speaking after 2015. There is nothing that will get me a NX at this point because I don't have faith Nintendo will do better with it. Retro gaming, PS4, and maybe PC gaming are my gaming future.

I kinda expected Yokai Watch, hopefully people warm up to the title quickly. I don't want Yokai Watch to bomb. :urg:
I kinda don't understand Mario Tennis though, that's pretty hype if I say so myself.

You want to know what was hilarious about this Direct?

They said there wouldn't be a new main series Mario... and yet most of the Direct was Mario related.

Alright, I will be positive.

Star Fox looks legitimately great. It's really awesome looking in HD, it's being partially developed by Platinum games, and it's coming out this year. Hopefully Krystal will be unlockable for a multiplayer mode or something, but, I'll live if not whatever.

Xenoblade Chronicles X didn't get delayed into 2016! They should've played it up more than they did, but it's also going to be a holiday title.

Nintendo didn't abandon Metroid Prime! A spin-off of it is odd when the last game came out in 2007, but hopefully that means more is on the way. I know the Japanese didn't care for the Prime games so it's good to see they're willing to make them still.

Happy Home Maker looks like a new Animal Crossing game. Is it a sequel to New Leaf? I'm confused, but it looks pretty good (not something I will end up getting), but the new amiibo for it are super cute.

Hyrule Warriors 3DS excites me a lot, plus they're adding 2 more characters. I'm hoping for more, but I'm so glad that the 3DS version includes all the Wii U DLC. I'm also hoping the fact that it's going to take so long means that they're going to vary up the story and content a bit.

The Smash Direct should've just been part of the Digital Event. Cut the Woolly World stuff and the Mario celebration and throw in Sakurai's detailing of Smash DLC. That would've been SO much better.

The only spin-off that's truly exciting in a new way is the two RPGs crossing over in Paper Jam.

I mean stepping back as an AC fan it's exciting to think they think it's worthy of spin-offs itself, but Happy Homer designer at least makes sense for AC, unlike Amiibo Festival.

To be fair, there wasn't a new main series Mario game. So they did keep their word.

I honestly hope and think they have no chance now, but to show off more games by the end. There is no way the treehouse will gain hype with what they need to show. And I highly doubt the NX is replacing the wii u, they already said it won't happen.
