I think this might indirectly confirm that there is going to be a second wave of DLC, and this second wave would include characters from new, unrepped shows.

I think they confirmed on twitter that the stage will be coming alongside Rocksteady in the next patch

No, the Clockwork's Lair variants are showing up. The Timeless Stardial stage is mentioned in an in-game news report - I checked YouTube videos from people who have completed the story mode and it's not there either, so not an unlock issue AFAIK.

I think that this might be a fully original stage that doesn't come from any show. I think that this stage is meant to be the "Battlefield" equivalent based on its layout.

The NASB wiki has an image of the standard layout for Stardial, and all the other versions. No clue where they got them from though. Appears that Stardial's default layout is based on PM Sky Sanctuary/Melee Yoshi Adventure

Some other things of note:
The existing comp. variant of Rooftop is now called "Extra", not "Clean" (the name on the wiki for FD forms) so it's being moved out of the FD stage set
Priah's Keep has "extra" and "moving platform" files, but both of them are just the clean/FD form
Cemetery does not have a "clean" file, so base cemetery is probably staying an FD clone.

None of the other NPCs or cuts have PFPs, but there are quite a few - all the PFPs are NewGame+ related, Hugh is awarded for clearing NG+ as Jimmy, and Shredder is randomly awarded for beating any boss in NG+

NASB is infamously produced on a shoe-string budget, the devs have said they want guest characters to only be related to Nick, and if you know anything about the production of the 2000s Nick-coms you'd know it'd be an awful idea to include actors from them. Let's move on from this. You guys are starting to get really personal and aggressive against Riley, and I don't want Friends to be treated the same way.

No one was being aggressive towards Friends?

I just stated that live action characters would be expensive and that Bluey isn't owned by Nick/Paramount, and Crusher just said that those characters doesn't interest them.

Interesting that Conch Street gets to be a stage. I hope the music is new! Not super hype for Stardial but it is nice to have a new stage.

I will admit I'm not a huge fan of his super, like why is Krang helping him out? And hoo boy is he slower than Plankton? I'll try him but I can't imagine he'll end up in my rotation.

I like how Conch Street seems to just a flat walkoff, I've always liked the idea of a walkoff equivalent to FD, even if it's arguably a super niche idea, given that "likes walkoffs" and "likes FD" are two distant planets of a venn diagram, heh.

And it looks like the new stages are being pulled from elsewhere in the game. Timeless Stardial is ripped straight from the campaign and Conch Street was originally the setting of the campaign's opening cutscene.
