That'd be awesome if you guys could come. We'd be proud to have you at our tournament. We'd even volunteer housing, but Stop and I have a LOT of stuff to get ready before the tournament (you'd be suprised how many little things we've gotta make/prepare etc.), and we don't have the room. Otherwise, we'd totally be down to house some people.

Hope to see Nor Cal make a showing, next time we'll invite people ahead of time from AZ//Nor Cal and other areas.

This is our first HUGE tournament. Our others had 50ish show, i'm pretty confident that we'll break 100. We have 84 people REGISTERED through our site, and know of many more who are coming who aren't. Plus there's those who were just too lazy to sign the registration form.

I think 5 man is enough. 7 man just makes it worse for me to get a crew ready. Think about the 805.

Definitely not, and we'll probably have the next tourney (for smash at least) sometime during the summer. Our goal is to have one tourney for our bigger games every season.

I read on the Nexus web site that crews will be 4 or 5 man. I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but are alternates allowed? Say, we have 6 or 7 people, would be be able to send in 5 people out of the 6-7 per crew battle? Or is it only 4-5 people, no exceptions?

I will be bringing a cube! My car is too small to fit a TV :-(

My vote is still have a 20 stock crew battle, that way getting into a crew isn't too hard, can have 4 or 5, or probably any random number as long as you do the stocks right. And crews won't take forever.

Not too sure I understand your question... but the crews in crew battles are always 4-5 people. Those numbers divide easily into 20, if you did say 6 or 7 people, some people in your crew would have more stocks in the battle than others (most likely the better people). When the other team loses, the whining will begin.

It just makes things simpler and more fair.

Now, if you mean you wanna, say at the start of the crew battle, have 7 POTENTIAL people in your crew, and when the battle starts you only put in five, I don't think that would be very fair either, because if the other team is strategizing the order they're gonna put people in, they should be able to at least know WHO they're going up against before the battle starts.
