Assuming 40 people coming, ratio of TVs to entrants is 1:7 which is not good. We need more set ups. Also Sheridan, pockyD and HydroChris, can you PM shehehe11 offering him advice in terms of seeding? How should he seed the people that aren't ranked?

once you've hit the threshold where you know you'll at least have enough to run the tournament and not cancel it (like 4 or so?), anything past that doesn't need to be tracked

in fact, posting that you'll have 10 (made up number) setups might discourage someone from bringing an 11th because they assume there'll be "enough"
