Thank you, I really appreciate the support! I’m not currently accepting requests at the moment, zferolie is an exception since I’m familiar with them over on other threads, but I’m a big enough fan of Contra that I might take you up on that one. I won’t make promises but I’ll try to see what I can do with that.

I updated the first post's champion's gallery. Base roster complete!

More importantly, I know I've been neglecting this thread. Work/school has just piled up too much (when I started this thread over the summer I wasn't taking class so I've just gotten busier over the months...). I also know that the closer we get to the game's release the less I will be on this site, especially since we know the full base roster and stage list, as well as most of the game's content.

So I'd like to announce that I am giving ownership of this thread to Pakky ! He's been an amazing partner through all this work, making a large portion of the icon's on the front page. I couldn't think of anyone else to trust to continue managing this thread. It will be completely up to him how to manage this thread from now on and completely up to him what to do with it in the future. Please treat him with respect, especially in regards to requests. I'm working with an admin to give him ownership, so it should be happening soon.

Finally I just want to say thanks to every single artist who made an icon. This has been so much fun and I've really appreciated seeing all your hard work all over the site. I'm really grateful to have helped spread your art. Thanks everybody .

The Champion's Gallery perhaps be expanded upon with the Pokémon Trainer's Pokémon vs. NeonBurrito's. They also seem to have their own icons (as do the Mii Fighters, though noone made those):

Ooo! Thanks for this I'll add them later today!

And thanks I tried , just an update on that we are waiting on admins to work on the seat so please be patient as we wait for Pakky to take the reigns.
