Yes. I believe if Sakurai wanted to bring in a playable MH fighter, he would of done so when he worked with Capcom to bring in all the extra MH stuff into the base game, or for the first Fighters Pass at the very latest.

I still believe Monster Hunter may as possibility been planned given Rathalos.

Idk but honestly I think that characters that are spirits aren’t gonna be characters, cuz the characters that are in have special spirits, so no bandana dee or crash, but hopefully the absolutely safe capsule doesn’t mean that porkey won’t get in, cuz I’m the only person that wants him in, and also rip cuphead cuz I really love the game (infact to honor the mii gunner situation I beat an entirely new cuphead save file in 3 hours) and I thought cuphead would be an awesome character and not “”toxic”” according to Alpharad

edit: before anyone says anything I’m not saying that I don’t want crash or dee cuz they would honestly be good characters, but because it seems impossible, and also I don’t hate alpha in fact I think he’s the best YouTube channel ever

Yeah, that definitely isn't okay. There's very few reasons to condemn someone's ethics that deeply and opinions on a video game character are definitely not one of them. I'm sorry to hear that happened to you.

That being said, I'd still say the Fates era was still worse for the FE fandom. The political bull**** actually felt more wide spread back then, as it almost felt impossible to discuss the localization changes in anyway without people assuming you were taking a side and attacking you if you weren't aligned with them. Compound that with actual arguments between old and new fans that were well in bloom, it was tough to reaally engage with the FE community between 2015 and Three Houses' release in 2019

I'm terribly sorry that happened to you but that's just how the internet is these days, you'll get death threats for not liking something and death threats if you DO like something, especially for a game where every major character has moral ambiguity, even Claude's guilty of war crimes on his route in game, the whole point of the game is that it isn't black and white at all
