Geno did appear in the original Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga. Not the remake for 3DS though

Beats me.

You can always pull an "SMRPG counts as a SqaureEnix/Nintendo crossover". It's not that big of a stretch when you have "I don't want more third parties but Geno is an honorary Nintendo character!" people.

I guess that one E3 color theory was also correct. It predicted that Chrom and Dark Samus would become playable, because Samus and Ike didn't have those color schemes anymore in the E3 demo.

That's probably the defense for that one TBH... It's almost always the, "Well, Super Mario RPG is actually the exception because *insert thinly veiled reasoning here that makes it obvious they just want Geno, but dislike conventional third parties." I especially don't understand how people can talk about the "third party fluff" then unironically endorse Geno as one of the third parties that should absolutely be in the game. That takes a staggering lack of self-reflection to say.

Nope. The closest thing to a crossover within the Mario series, at least one that's blatant besides guests in Mario sports games, is Paper Jam, as Paper Mario is not the same person as regular Mario.

Beyond that, it's impossible to say, cause Super Mario RPG may or may not be an alternate universe. I'm leaning towards probably. Besides, a cameo barely makes a crossover. SMRPG would be more crossover-like in comparison, since it had Link and Samus appear(along with a FF-based boss too, though this doesn't really count).

Real talk, they better put Pauline in more games besides Mario Tennis Aces and Mario Kart Tour.

The former is a really good game, but Tour is from my point of view the worst game of the year.

I’m not asking for Pauline as a Smash fighter but at least add her in Dr.Mario World, the next Mario Party/console Mario Kart and hopefully if we get lucky as a playable character in a sequel to 3D World.

here's my theory, I call it word theory.

each piece of content released as DLC has contained at least one word ( for example, :ult_terry: contains the words "Terry"). This is obviously hinting at Maxwell Scribblenaut from Scribblebnauts, as words play a vital role in his game.

If there's anything many humans are masters of it's taking stuff they like for granted and not self-reflecting in the slightest. Because that would mean emotional pain - even if that self-defense tactic inevitably results in them taking an emotional beating consistently.

I love when leakers go "I swear this leak is real because it has Fire Emblem as last reveal and last reveals always suck" and fans are like "I'll take ten".

Why do people even care about the spot a fighter takes?

It’s more content in the end, even if it comes in 2021 I’ll take it.
