Add: Dixie Kong

Downgrade: Richter

Upgrade: Dark Pit

I will add Ms. Pac-Man over Pac-Man, as something of a Daisy/Richter/Dark Samus tier Echo (negligible differences). Giving Daisy a spinoff moveset, I give her the promotion. And if it'd help with people calling FE bias, then Chrom gets a demotion. You've lost your chance.

TBH I'd rather downgrade Piranha Plant to an Assist than any echo.

In fact this would have been a much better role for the Plant than as a Playable character.

It's pretty blatantly clear why, I just brought it up because everyone seems to be having fun saying which echo they'd downgrade, so I brought up the character I thought should be downgraded instead.

All this "hate" is more from bad timing announcingat the same time when Shadow and Isaac were notably deconfirmed. If Sakurai had announced Plant in the beginning or so there probably wouldn't be that much.

so yeah, I'm not really a fan of the discussions regarding cutting characters, they do nothing but start debates and arguments.

the KOS-MOS confusion stuff is a nothingburger.

Main Source #3 definitely did confuse over KOS-MOS due to shared copyrighting with Monolith Soft, hence why he stated "not sure" to DasVergeben.
since KOS-MOS is really Namco-owned, that would still mean she out if all of Namco are out in running as Fighter #5 this case
however this still probably means Main Source #3 hasn't bother to fully check on KOS-MOS.

and honestly, i want to take the blame on causing this mostly because i kept prompting Vergeben to double check on KOS-MOS' status due to suspicous, now proven false, /v/ rumors and whatever the KOS-MOS thread has speculated before the week of the TGAs. (i did the same thing with Elma a year ago, and nothing came out of that sadly, haha)
maybe if i didn't, none of this would be discussed atm, but no point on looking back.

that said: just yesterday, i prompted Vergeben to either get a reconfirm, or shoot down (ugh), on KOS-MOS from, not just MS3, but his other two main sources, along with two other underspeculated characters that hasn't been shot down either/could get into the running next.

Vergeben hasn't heard from the former two due to that much older misinfo accident with MS1 and MS2 being silent for the longest time now despite being potientally more deeper than his best main source, MS3.
hopefully there will be a crack of an answer soon.
