Guys, I just realized something that's been staring us right in the face since 1980.
I call it the "Ace of Spades Theory".

Think about it. Out of all the musicians they could have chosen to name the Koopalings, one was named LEMMY, the frontman of the kickass Metal band, Motörhead! :ultlemmy:

Listen to the lyrics of their biggest hit, Ace of Spades, to see that all the Fighter's Pass characters were hinted NEARLY 40 YEARS AGO!

If you like to gamble, I tell you I'm your man,
You win some, lose some, it's all the same to me,
The pleasure is to play, makes no difference what you say,
I don't share your greed, the only card I need is
The Ace Of Spades -This is clearly a hint that Nintendo and Microsoft put greed aside to bring Banjo & Kazooie to Smash Bros., but without other Microsoft Mii costumes, because the only thing we really needed was our golden boy, Banjo AKA "The Ace of Spades". End the end though, the pleasure was to play no matter what detractors say.

Playing for the high one, dancing with the devil,
Going with the flow, it's all a game to me,
Seven or Eleven, snake eyes watching you,
Double up or quit, double stake or split,
The Ace Of Spades -This references how 7/11 often led to us knowing release windows of DLC. It also hinted how everyone would place their bets on Sabi, Vergeben (double up), both (split) or no one at all (quit).

You know I'm born to lose, and gambling's for fools,
But that's the way I like it baby,
I don't wanna live forever, - This references Hero's gameplay style of gambling with his Down-B, most particularly his move Kamikazee (I don't wanna live forever.)

And don't forget the joker! -How the hell did we miss this one? Joker was first, so he would be most obvious, yet he was never leaked, like most gamblers forget about Joker cards.


Pushing up the ante, I know you got to see me,
Read 'em and weep, the dead man's hand again, -The dead man's head refers to a dead franchise, Fatal Fury. But as unlikely as it is to get the dead man's hand multiple times, it too seemed unlikely that Terry would be chosen over other contenders.

I see it in your eyes, take one look and die,
The only thing you see, you know it's gonna be,
The Ace Of Spades -This leaves us the only unreferenced verse. So by this logic, Medusa is FP5, as in Greek mythology, people turned to stone (died) when the took one look into Medusa's eyes.

If it were FP5 and FP6 is male, I'mma just toss my Switch.
If it were post-pass and FP5 is KOS-MOS or a female character, I'd say that is a good win.

The chance of there not being a Smash reveal tomorrow is really low.
It's more likely that we get TWO reveals than zero.

Lesley, I love ya, but I really hope you're adding to the absurdist comedy instead of being serious.
I think it's KOS-MOS.
I just wanted to add some humor while we still have time before TGA.

Based on Geoff's statement I'm about 70-80% on the side that there will be no Smash reveal tomorrow.
