For Bamco I would choose someone from Soul Calibur.
Heihachi is cool and all, but I feel Ryu already encompasses the traditional fighting genre. Soul Calibur could at least cover the weapon-based fighter (which I admit is a bit less recurrent, and I can only come up with Soul Calibur, Samurai Showdown, and the ocassional TMNT fighting game).
Sophitia, Nightmare, or at least Yoshimitsu which covers both SC and Tekken.

Then again, Ryu Hayabusa could incorporate a lot of moves from DOA, another 3D fighter.
But we're talking Bamco here. I'm not too atattched to any series from Bandai Namco.
I still, however, stand by my belief that it could be KOS-MOS. Just a wild hunch.
