You really think Sakurai's Red Eyes tweet from before the direct that revealed both Simon (Bloody Tears) and K.Rool (speaks for itself really) wasn't a tease? Come on man.

This has been bugging me for over a year. Daisy has had the most awkward pose on the banner since the very beginning. She looks like she is hip bumping nothing. And thats not even a normal pose for her or ties much into her other then beong energetic.

This really makes me this she had this art made to tie into some fighter, and really it has the be dlc5.

Yes sakura said that all the dlc was picked in november, but i feel that it had to be decided sooner. Especially if the art is tied to dlc 5.

Now, who could Daisy be hip bumping? I think it has to be a girl honestly. Also someone who dances or can be seen doing a hip bump...

Yes everyone will say oh she is a spirit and why would she be goven a spirit and they planned this pose for daisy if she was gonna be dlc? Who knows. I have no real answer. My bias says shantae too. But i think it just fots so well.

I am 100% sure that daisy in the picture os tied to the 5th dlc because of the banner, and it will be a girl because it will have to involve a hip bump or dancing back to Daisy.

TBF, the only hints you could really argue about were the stage builder hints (see the bottom center for the top image). But then again, how generic is a dragon and witch?

I think that there is no one big enough left to deconfirm. All the heavy hitters were deconfirmed already, and we're already looking at the possibility of a company double dipping and getting two reps in the Fighter Pass because Sega, SE (minus Sora), Microsoft, and SNK were never deconfirmed.

These are mostly bottom of the barrel characters and most of them have better characters from their franchise to choose from.

I mean, Sakurai's eyes were pretty red in that Direct, the guy looked tired. Could have been a tease, but considering he seems pretty self conscious about his on-screen appearances (apologizing for rambling in the "live" Directs) he might have just wanted to make sure people weren't concerned about him.

The final letter of Daisy is Y. Y is also the final letter in the name of Tony Gilroy, Tony Gilroy wrote the screenplay for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Star Wars had Darth Vader appear in Soul Calibur, a Franchise which also had Link star in it too... taking us back to Nintendo. Nintendo published Mario and is one of the flagship franchises for the video game console manufacturer. Mario had Geno as a character, a character with no middle letter and two consecutive numbers from the alphabet (N and O), a direct hint to the players to examine the alphabet.
