I asked Sword's and Kuz (Null and town respectively) what they thought of what I feel was a scumtell.

I have been told by both that they see it as newbie town/newbie. Therefore it probably isn't a scumtell.


His accusation is based on the assumption that I voted Fynal because he put JTB at L-1. It has nothing to do with that.

Seikend null (leaning scum) for me. I understand his case on Fynal now, but I still find it odd that he was hopping on easy wagons.

As focus rapidly shifted off him and onto me, he didn't go for it like ran, siek, sword, etc. He started calling out ran, siek, and soup, 3 other people who were on his wagon, and to a certain degree he was defending me.

I consider this a fairly solid town tell, he's looking all over a hyper-speed-formed wagon for scum, instead of at the most obvious target(i.e. me) as i'v got enough people on me(i.e. Ranmaru)

Well, I try not to be defensive, because defending myself isn't my priority. Scum need to look town, not me. I have to catch scum. (Yet this will net me attention, it doesn't matter)

Basically, I care not of my image, but of catching scum. I may be wreckless.

EBWOP yes i'm not voting on purpose. awaiting a much more solidified opinion before i go wagoning again.

i do see ran spreading around pressure, questioning siek, etc. its really the "i don't care about my image, i've gotta hunt scum" post that gets me.

Now, despite the fact that I consider Fynal's reaction to be a tell of a newbie-townie, I'm still cautious of him for two things right now:

1. Him putting someone at L_1 and then LOLing about how someone might hammer him. That . . . tells me that he might of already known about the dangers of putting someone at L_1, and thus lying about how he didn't realize that it was really bad for him to put someone at L_1.

2. Him deliberately using the noobcard as of late.

@Ran, Gova: Thoughts on this?

Uh, at 1, maybe you should ask him about it, to determine if he was wrong or lying instead of just accusing him straight off the bat for it.

2, where is he using the noob card? I don't recall seeing it.

Ok, you are wrong. Kuz asked me, and I did answer it. Right here:

Jtb, Soup. Soup for getting on a wagon without a reason, while saying he DID give a reason.

Gova null leaning scum. Ausie is null.

Of course, i have went after you. L-1 is no laughing matter, and yet you knew someone might have hammered. There is nothing wrong with asking people about you. I asked people about myself. Explain how that is scummy. You are still noob scum to me. JTB is scum, especially for asking people before joining my wagon. What do you think of JTb/Seikend/TBS? I don't know what to think of Swords. Doing a quick iso of him, it doesn't appear that he's taken any strong scum stances, just a minor FoS on Fynal? I understand his vote on Gatlin since I feel the same way about Soren, but that has been the only time he's voted outside of RVS. So, null-scum?

X1, I believe I'm not properly understanding the definition of coasting. Would it more appropriately fit Swords since he's not actively scumhunting and not doing much to help town?

Lurking = Posting very little, popping up only from time to time, inactive.

Soren = Not posting at all

Coasting = scummy (usually) - Players who want to look like they're contributing or being helpful without providing content.

Lurking = scummy-ish - Sometimes people are just inactive, sometimes people just don't want to have attention on them

Soren = Null


Also sorry to say guys but I'm V/LA for a while. Got ridiculous work deadlines. I get 2 weeks of at the end of this week though so will be super active and catching scum then! If it interests you to know, then my top two reads from this game atm are Swords and JTB. AA comes a close second but needs more questioning. If someone wants to follow up on him that'd be nice. He seems far too agreeable

read on JTB: town, tentatively. i have yet to analyze why a bandwagon formed on you in a first place, i was just looking at it's deflation, as kuz had asked.
