Personally, I want them to use the Ditto Poke Ball idea that was scrapped from Melee kinda badly.

I actually would like to see this idea happen, I'm guessing the way he would work is to clone and metamorph it your character? Or simply transforms into any random Pokemon and copies it's abilities as well, but then again that's what Togepi and Clefairy kinda of do already. :/

For random Assist Trophies that should get cut, it really depends on the random Assist Trophy. Resetti is friggen awesome, Nintendogs is well... needed because of the series' popularity. Tingle can go, though. Nobody's mother would miss him. If they're gonna add random Assist Trophy characters that don't help you, at least make them funny or have awesome references.

And seriously, Star Fox needs a Star Fox crew bombing attack trophy (or Final Smash), and Fire Emblem needs some more Fire Lords/popular characters (Micaiah, Sothe, Eirika and Ephraim, Eliwood [albeit he may be too similar to his son, Roy], Hector, Sigurd, Celice, etc), and we need some more common enemies as assist trophies (ReDeads, Octorocks, Goombas, Kremlings, Krusha, various Donkey Kong animals to ride on, a Mario Kart race cart to ride in, etc).

One of the worst rosters I've seen in a while. Surprisingly, though, it isn't loaded with 3rd and 4th Party characters...if not just for the 2nd column and the subtraction of someone from the original 12...

I always aced my history, yeppers. I actually got over 100% on my last 2 college midterms/finals in my history class without even studying. *does the fat man belly rub* Instead, I studied psychology.

Also, seriously Fire Emblem needs more rep (outside of characters; 3 characters is pretty of rep). Stages based on actual locations (preferably from one of Marth's games, since he's had 2 of those, and a remake of each one), more assist trophies, more trophies that accurately explain the history, story, events, basis, and characters of the Fire Emblem series, and music from more games of the Fire Emblem series. I believe about 6 games were represented with songs in Brawl, but more music from more games would be awesome; also, longer songs!

Edit: I'm totally gonna make a SSB Wii U/DS character prediction video; on my last one, I guessed about 45 characters, and the only characters that made it that weren't on my video were ROB and I think the Pokémon Trainer. (I also accidentally forgot Captain Olimar; how could I forget Captain Olimar?)

Dng, that video is horrible Opossum. Replacing Ridley with Sylux is just plain... not logical. At all.

I remember when I made a video prediction, people ragged me for not including Toad (which I didn't mind too much), Waluigi, Master Chief (why would you want that soulless, stupid Samus clone?), Tingle, and Daisy. Seriously... why would we need the latter 3? What in the heck do they ever do, ever?

Seriously, some guy who made a very popular character prediction video on youtube went after me on my video's comments for excluding Waluigi in my Brawl roster, trying to destroy my logic as garbage. Well... I guess time and patience does reveal many truths!

As for that guys' actual roster, let me break it down:
Waluigi - Not deserving of a character spot; make him an Assist Trophy again, and a Luigi/Mario/Wario alternate outfit.
Daisy - Already a Peach alternate outfit. Maybe since she was in Super Mario Land 2 she could be an
Assist Trophy, 2 (just make her look way different from Peach's Daisy outfit).
King Boo - He's an even crazier choice than Waluigi or Daisy!
Claus - While I like him, he's still a Lucas alternate outfit. Could make an epic boss, though.
Crash - Next to no chance (technically he is now a 3rd party character, as is Ratchet and Clank! o.o)
Sukapon - WTF character is his only shot.
Sylux - A far-fetched choice. He could make a future Metroid appearance as hinted at the end of Metroid Prime 3, but Ridley, Dark Samus, and heck, even SA-X and Kraid are more likely!
New Pokémon Trainer - LAMEEE!!! Stick with the current one, or at least keep it within the First Generation!

And no Jiggz is fail!

This video doesn't have too many 3rd party characters, which is unusual. Most youtube prediction videos have like 20 trillion 3rd party characters.

And seriously, Doc Lewis is awesome. Have him as an Assist Trophy... or somethin'! He could train you, or perhaps give you motivation! Maybe make his ability to heal you by patting you on the back a secret part of his assist trophy character appearance!

Yeah, the Fire Emblem music was hit out of the ball park, but there could still be more. I think what SSB4 should do is import all past music like Brawl did (well, with most of the Melee songs at least), and perhaps remake a few, and do a ton more songs. Do a lot more classical songs, a few techno-y songs, a few weird songs, a few jazzy songs, a few maybe dance songs for the lulz, and some rock 'n' roll like Brawl had, but more expansive and diverse.

But what I really want are longer songs. Like the song Snake Eater. It should have been the whole song with instrumental followed by the song with vocals like when you fought The Boss in MGS3. (which would be more important to do now that it's being remade on the 3DS; YES! LOVE THAT GAME!) The songs felt short, and tame. Final Destination was only 3 minutes or so long. Why not make it and most songs 5 to 7 minutes long. (maybe have a few really long songs) Why not allow you to play a Fire Emblem song on a Mario Kart stage? Why not allow you to import songs?

I really hope Nintendo is (constantly) asking "why not?" with a lot of things like this, and responds by saying "let's do it," because that's how they've expanded their company from a hotel company to the biggest video game corporation in the world.

Also, I made a video of my Brawl predictions the day Ike was announced as what I believe was the first newcomer announced on the Brawl site. Aside from the Pokémon Trainer (who I would have never guessed), Olimar (who I forgot to add), and ROB (who few saw coming), I got all the characters right (although I guessed 45 to give me some breathing room so I could get as many characters right as possible).

Also, I wasn't that big on Crash 1, but I loved Crash 3 and kinda Crash 2. I beat Crash 3 so many times. I still think Naughy Dogs did a better job with Jak and Daxter, although their last game sucked; but man, Uncharted 2 is off the walls awesome. If you have a PS3 and don't have a game, you're missing out on one of the greatest games, ever!

If Brawl or Smash in general had an adventure mode that was somewhat like this series (y'know, using existing characters), how do you all think it would do? Watch some more episodes if you want. The 1st 3 are good for understanding things.

That was pretty cool and gives me an idea for Adventure Mode. What if Adventure Mode's story was not chronologically-based, but episodic? As in, when you play as a character, instead of just experiencing some story where all characters meet together, they only meet a portion of the roster and their goal is not necessarily shared by everyone else.

For newcomer reveals, what do people think of it focusing on new franchises? Something like this:

Little Mac
Saki Amamiya
Takamaru
Mega Man

The problem with having Takamaru in an SSB4 trailer is he's pretty much unknown in the normal gaming community. Most people will probably think the same "WTF" reaction as I'm sure many thought when Zero Suit Samus - a relatively obscure version of Samus at the time - was announced.

If they show off some (Ugh) anime-inspired samurai and ninja moves for him in the trailer, then he'd make a better reaction.

Working on my essay, I just want to inform you that when I finish up, there are going to be a lot of choices that will be seen as controversial, especially in regards to Pokemon and third-party characters as I will dive into the more unlikely characters.

Here's a good trailer of The Last Story. Basically, I'm excited now. Elza looks cool, and Kanan seems to be magical possibly? She does something with the stars at the end? Anyways, the game looks damn good, and I hope the rumors are true. It will be the next game I actually get really into that isn't SMRPG/Pokemon.

Last Story definitely looks awesome. If it releases here, it and Skyward Sword will be the last games I ever play on my Wii.

Although Last Story doesn't have Gaur Plains in it, and that landscape looks absolutely beautiful and fascinating...

I'm sorry, but with a series like Pokemon, where there is always a new flavor of the week JUST AROUND THE CORNER... cutting is inevitable. It happens in, like, EVERY SERIES EVER, so I don't think Smash should be an exception.

2. Krystal (Star Fox doesn't need four reps, no matter the moveset potential in this case)
3. Samurai Goroh (F-Zero can live without a second rep)
4. Either Tingle or Toon Link (Tingle could better represent the cel-shaded games and his own series, but many people would despise his appearance; one or the other)
5. Either Shulk or Mii

Here's my current Pokemon roster:

When it came down to it, I screwed over the fifth generation and chose Deoxys simply because it has more potential moveset-wise and more current popularity, IMO, than Zoroark or Victini have.

I would bring back Mewtwo too, but I personally don't want six slots for Pokemon and don't want Lucario to go.

To the italicized statement: Yeah. I felt that too. The only true supporters I see are Oasis and Shortie. The rest want Jr. simply because he's Jr's son and assistant. To be honest, being a villian WILL NOT increase the chances. Nor being a female

I'm a moderate fan of Bowser Jr. as a Mario series character, and despite my personal bias towards him, I'd put Toad and Paper Mario over him most days, who are more deserving, IMO.

The new Super Smash Bros needs a better theme song. If I hear the Brawl theme one more time, I'm going to -----------.

And as most have said, the theme wouldn't be so bad if it weren't remixed fifty damn times for each game mode.

Who do you want to see as Assist Trophies?

Captain Syrup would be a cool Assist Trophy if she isn't a character. I think Bowser Jr., Chibi-Robo, and Ghirahim would also make good Assist Trophies assuming they're not playable.

Toad and Ridley are deserving enough to be characters of their own right, but if we a Square Enix rep of any kind that isn't Geno, Geno should be an Assist Trophy to show that he wasn't forgotten when they looked at SE characters.

@JavaCroc: Hmm.. Why Deoxys? If anybody has a chance it's either Lucario or Mewtwo, they are demanded in Japan as well and if you looked at Chrono's information you would have gotten a good indication of that, sad to say that Deoxys might not be considered at all, regardless of moveset potential.
