I need to play SMRPG myself eventually. The only beef I have with it is that the diagonal camera angle looks very unattractive for platforming... xD

I have played many RPGS. Dragon Quest, Breath of Fire series, Super Mario RPG, Saga Frontier 1&2, Secret of Mana, Secret of Evermore, Seiken Densetsu 3, Phantasy Star, Chrono Trigger, Wild Arms, Paper Mario, Mario and Luigi, and several other series.Wow, and here I thought you had played most RPG's since you seem very knowledgable when it comes to them.
Anyway I played both FFI and FFII on PSX, the virtual console also has those I'm guessing.
Man, the game I still need to play is Super Mario RPG that has Geno, I wonder what Geno actually does in that game.
Just never played a Final Fantasy until now.

The Black Knight's chances may not be as good as Caeda's but not for a second do I believe Roy is deserving enough to cone back, sure you may argue that he has a large fanboy fanbase in the western hemisphere, but about Japan? T
you also have to take them into consideration as well, and the sad truth is that Sakurai will most likely be looking at the polls over in Japan if there are any, personally though I'd like to see him take a worldwide approach when it come to making character decisions based on it's fans.

If Roy hadn't been partially in Brawl's code, I'd say Caeda has a better shot. Trust me. <_<

On topic: Asides from changing the moves, they should change the attributes of the duo
- Slightly heavier
- Lower aerial mobility
- Slower
- Smaller grab range
That's to balance it but I'm sure this is not enough.

The RPG that I felt didn't get enough love was Saga Frontier II. So much fun, and "Todfiend" is one of the best final boss RPG themes I've ever heard.

Did you try out Persona?
I have nothing against Roy, he was one of my favorites in Melee (beat All Star on Very Hard with him), but I still don't think he'll return. Despite data, his chances were not that likely in Brawl to begin with, and they go down even more for SSB4.
Caeda more then likely has the best chances out of all the FE newcomers, unless there is a new FE game. But with FE12 not being released overseas it does raise some questions.
Caeda was the secondary main character in 4 FE games and the most recent ones in both the U.S. and Japan. Based on FE3, she CAN also fight without her Pegasus. Another overlooked RPG was The Legend of Dragoon, it was my first RPG game and it's my favorite if all time till this day, sadly it got overlooked by other mainstream titles such as Final Fantasy.

Do it Camelot! Breath of Fire 3 was my favorite RPG for the longest time. Outside of that awful 5th game, all of them were fun and unique.

And I was thinking, all the characters belonging to Earthbound had changes in their design, and perhaps, by some miracle, get in Sm4sh Ninten, he will need a new disign, since its original form does not present a definitive structure.
So I did a drawing showing how to think it would be a design of 'new Ninten'. It is based on the original, kept the main features (T-shirt and cap blue and red), it is also based on those scouts who knock on your door selling cookies or doing some kind of good deed to win some kind of medal or button. I also did its representation of shape and color of the PSI, would square with a kind of 'green Bulbasaur,' (the Ness is a white circle and Lucas is a yellow hexagon)

AAA: Explosion with PSI.
Side 'A': A kind of punch that resembles the Hadouken, but using PSI
Up 'A': will be identical to 'Side A', however, upward.

'Running' A ': A Kick energized with PSI.
'Looking up' A ': A simple attack with a punch powered up.
'Kneeling' A ': Roundhouse.

Down 'A' in the air: Burst PSI down.
'A' in the air: spin with PSI.

Up B Move: PK Teleport: teleport to the direction requested. If fallow is in this place of arrival, someone will receive 13% damage.

I believe this as well since he isn't relevent to the FE series plus he was scrapped from Brawl meaning he didn't matter much to Sakurai anymore.
Believe it or not, I somehow agree with this, unless there is a sign of a new FE game coming our way I doubt she will get in, don't forget a game doesn't necessarily have to be released oversees since Japan already holds the most influence for a said character, look at Marth and Roy's inclusion in Melee for example, they weren't really known in the states but despite that they were still included in Melee, same can be said about a character having a Japan only title.
True, I believe if Caeda were to be in she could very much be adjusted for play without the use of her Pegasus, she would be implemented in Smash in a way Captain Falcon was without his car.
Even he she is popular in Japan, you still have to consider if a new lord were to arise, not to mention Zelgius would also compete with her since he is as relevent as Ike is.

2.you can change him from male to female and vice-versa.
3.Weapon triangle fully functioned in the game. Sword,Lance and Axe.
4.The most recent main character and he is second in command next to marth.

But, I'd say My Unit has a very low chance. If Nintendo wasn't going to put Mii's in Smash Bros, considering how much attention they gave to it in their overall system design. Smash Bros has never done generic characters yet (Aside from Pokemon, but that's a different story).
So, I think if we're getting any new FE'ers, it'd be Black Knight, Caeda, or Lyn.

I support the Black Knight, but he isn't too horribly likely. Porbably 2nd most likely fire emblem character behind Caeda, since he isn't in the newest games.
