I do agree about Ridley, he is deserving.

But I'm still not so sure about his size. Was his clone in Other M smaller?

Size doesn't really matter, he could very well be adjusted such as Olimar and Bowser so the size argument is invalid, also Smash isn't canon.

Hmm, that's a good point. Considering that will be 2+ years before SSB4 gets released, if the game is popular enough, Ganondorf is at a very slight risk of being replaced and the likeliness of a fifth Zelda slots increase.

Not necessarily. I mean, the uneducated would be out there. But many of the people who say "He's too big" aren't really against or for Ridley. It's just funny to upset the supporters. Trolling, I suppose? HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO SAY ALL IN GOOD FUN.

I don't think Ghirahim is getting in nevertheless. He will probably end up a one-shot character, just like Midna, Zant, and Vaati (who actually is a two-shot character, but he's lost his relevance).

Ganondorf, of course, is staying because even without Skyward Sword, he's the main, iconic Zelda villain. But I'm not counting on Ghirahim appearing, even though he looks like he would be a very interesting fighter.

Hmmm... Well, a year or so ago there was a large poll held on this board on potential SSB4 characters. Roy and Mewtwo placed in the top three. That is a start, finding it will be a little of a pain considering how old it is but I'm sure it can be found.

Plus, going across various boards he remains a relatively consistent choice.

Despite the game being successful, Ghirahim is a one-shot character. Ganondorf will never be replaced since he still important to the Zelda universe.

Never really saw him as a consistent choice among fans, but I would be interested to see that large poll.

Ghirahim has my support.

I wouldn't mind seeing Ghirahim in SSB4 as well. A fifth rep isn't needed, but if we get one, Ghirahim is the best choice.

Sure, that may be the boards here or across the web, but are the boards in Japan considering him as well? You also have to take note that the Japenese community that does a poll is what's going to ultimately influence Sakurai's decisions over a character, not just some random polls on websites, it's sad to say that is.

More like a two-shot character, since Sheik did appear in the remake of Ocarina of Time on the 3DS.

@Oasis_S: If Sakurai takes a worldwide approach, Tingle is very unlikely. He is, however, more likely if he only focuses on Japan.

I don't know how Sheik got in honestly. I guess it's because she's a character of the best game of all time. Not saying Malon or Ruto can be a fighter in SSB

Cranky Kong + Animal Buddies for SSB4!!

Cranky for Assist Trophy is better. He'd actually work well for that status.

For anyone that is worried that they won't be able to use their gamecube controller for the new smash, get these before they are discontinued, Gigaware wireless gamecube/Wii controller. You can get them on amazon or at your local radio shack. It's basically a classic controller. It is the same shape as a normal cube controller and you can even swap all of the buttons with your cube controller by opening it up, which I already did.

I have 3, so I have nothing to worry about as far as controllers go when the new smash comes out
