Even Pichu and Doctor Mario should come back as special skins for Pikachu and Mario respectively that slightly alter moves and stats.

Speaking of not cutting, I thought it was neat that you could bring back Mewtwo and Roy, add Zoroark and Krom, and then Pokemon and Fire Emblem would take up a whole row by themselves. Perfection.

I am personally waiting on Black/White 2 to release to decide what Pokemon newcomer (aside from Mewtwo) will be in Smash 4.

diddy, part the second: roy, for the sake of consistency, probably could end up being a partial marth clone. and i wouldn't have a problem with that. but if they have the time, they should definitely give David Copperfield Krom an original moveset.

Zoroark could be interesting to. But am not really decided between him and Victini. Genesect could work I guess, but it's not my choice.

And yes. Am expecting that to. Krom might have slight similarities to Ike, but different statistics. I don't expect him to be so Strong as Ike was. Roy would be the last minute addition again I feel, and might have a few unique moves from Marth. Neutral B is my biggest bet on this.

My idea for a dillion moveset involves turret weapons in his arsenal.

Such as his third jump using a shotgun to shoot himself up.

His B would be a ricocheting (I'm pretty sure I misspelled that) Revolver shot.

Don't tell me these weapons can't be done in a cartoon style. They were both in Looney Toons.

I would prefer Genesect, but I wouldn't mind Victini, and I actually like Zoroark. Sowhatever we get, ill be happy. I fully expect one of these three to get in, and be a higher priority than Mewtwo. But yeah, Genesect is my top choice.

Anyone else interested in a non starter pokemon trainer? I would love to see a Meowth, Zoroark, Gardevior Trainer. Basically, a trainer with three popular pokemon. Pichu could work too.

Which characters might be cut during the transition from Brawl to the next series?

Well, I suspect that both guests (Snake and Sonic) will not be making a second appearance. Sakurai said he thinks one to two guest characters are appropriate. By eliminating the old guests, the roster is open to fresh faces.

I think Lucario might be cut. He was the face of a new series. Sakurai may want to spend more resources on a pokemon to represent the latest game in the franchise. It seems to me that Pikachu (veteran), Jigglypuff (veteran), Pokemon Trainer (key element in the Pokemon games) are going to stay. If time constraints are a problem, I can see Lucario as one of the easier choices to let go.

Ness may be cut (only because Sakurai was considering cutting him before). Lucas would absorb some of his moves. Sakurai does potentially Sakurai-created/influenced two characters he can introduce in the next Smash. A character from Uprising and a revamped retro character (similar to Pit) that he could branch off into a re-emerging franchise.

However, I think out of the characters I listed, that Sonic and Snake have the best chances of leaving and the other two may still stay.

Sonic isn't going anywhere. That loses millions of dollars for Nintendo and SEGA. Unless both companies want to go under, they are keeping Sonic in smash as free hype for Nintendo, and free advertisement for Sonic. Snake got in because Kojima is his friend, and that ain't changing. Plus Snake is one of the most popular Brawl newcomers.

Also, Sakurai has a love jones for Ness and Lucas, and they are 3 moves away from being completely different. Really, Ness and Lucas are more unlike each other than any two characters in Smash 64, easily. If you ask me, Lucas is a much better "clone" than any other smash bros character, ever, and is easily the most original. That's why I still refer to him as a semi-clone.

As for Lucario, I think he could be cut, but it isn't overwhelmingly likely.

I think Wolf is the most likely to be cut, if anyone. Judging by his data, he was the 2nd last added character, and has the least data.

If it was up to me to to cut 1 character, it would be Pit, hands down. I hate his Brawl move set, and Pit players are all either campers, stallers, or run away all day.

Edit: I like all 3 options (Victini, Zoroark, and Genesect), but I think Victini would be the best smash bros character. My 2 cents 18 trillion dollars (of government debt).

I don't know why you're waiting for Black & White 2 though. It more than likely won't change anything in regard to Smash other than how Kyruem as a possible boss will be handled.

It's all subjective. I like Lucario more than them, that's all. Nothing to freak out about.

Screw you. MMO's are video games, not real life. Besides, the thing they are defining practical armor as isn't practical in the least. People completely covered in armor would make it really hard to move around.

Well, if you don't like them, just say that. You kind of just threw out excuses as to why you don't like them and tried to validate your opinion.

You cannot, CAN NOT, call them Generic, especially when comparing them to Mewtwo and Lucario... If you took away their names and your prior opinions of them, Mewtwo and Lucario WOULD BE the most Generic of the five.
