I'm kind of dissapoint though with those choices. Why so boring?

And I totally play some Ganon in Brawl. He's my best bottom tier character. And a favorite in online battles.

When the discussion forum comes, one of the first things I will do is make a support group for Victini (and hope it is active). I also plan on making a prediction thread (perhaps filling in the gap for Wiseguy if he does not return) and make many other threads to kick things off. But the first I will make is an introductory thread.When the discussion forum comes, this should be converted into a social thread (as it seems like it is at times).

Hopefully they don't make out like the "alliances" we had those going on in the summer. DEAD

Hmmm... I don't know if you remember the Sunglasses Knuckles had as an upgrade in SA2? If so, I was wondering if you know of a way to incorporate it into a moveset. If not, then don't worry about it.

I miss the Isaac Fan Club I had going on at GFAQs pre-Brawl, that was damn fun to keep up with. Too bad the mods banned the creation of all alliances and such at one point.

K. Rool has a really good chance at being one of the first newcomers unveiled (its really either him or Ridley for coveted first revealed villain spot), so there is a chance that you may not even have to make an alliance.

@HF and Ganon: I don't really have an idea of who'd be Punch-Out!! ATs tbh. Everyone seems to bring up King Hippo so I guess he's a good choice, and for a 2nd AT I thought of Disco Kid causing everyone to dance while his theme plays. :/

I thought about that. but then I realized that there's not much you can do with that alone. It's not like F.L.U.D.D. or the Flame Ring or Bounce Bracelet, which are extremely easy to use.

The biggest surprises in Brawl for me were Snake and Zero Suit Samus. I also did not imagine Pokemon Trainer to have worked in the way he did (basically being three characters in one).

I have a nagging feeling that we may see some sort of "shock" third-party character in Smash 4. However, in terms of obscure Nintendo characters, nothing can really be surprising to those active in speculation due to us already knowing many of the possible retro choices.

What would really just turn your world upside down though? Like, I don't want it to happen, I don't think it will happen, and I think it would be bad if it happened, but I think I could maybe understand if Mewtwo and Roy remained cut? If Krom showed up? Junior and Krystal over better characters? Freaking Impa?!

Popular thought with FELLERS LIKE YOURSELF (HUGE GENERALIZATION) is that it's all about the characters. GOOD characters. But I think there's some indications that that's not always the case. Ice Climbers at least were chosen over other more well-known NES characters due to them being MORE INTERESTING. Lucario is sometimes called flavor-of-the-month, but he was definitely popular, HOWEVER, Zoroark isn't as popular yet some still say he'll be in just because. I think that's a bit of an inconsistency. Could also just be circumstantial.

Not even going to entertain the thought of Ridley not making it thought. Nope. Nuh uh. Not happening.

Punch Out AT? Personally I'd prefer Bald Bull.

He could do his charging attack, it would have a long startup and be very powerful, but if you hit him at the right moment during it, you instantly knock him out.

I see all of that as possible. I would shake my head at it, but it would not be unexpected. I would seriously facepalm at Sheik getting cut for Impa though.

They should definitely be some sort of edges to bounce back on, slightly. Would be good to keep you alive longer. The stage shouldn't have a pit though, just corners. Possibly a strong roof as well.

OH! Y'know what would be a cool surprise? Every now and then, the Title Defense Glass Joe appears instead of his regular self, and he's much more likely to kick the players' ***es, as well as having a better defense.

Got any ideas for him? I can see him teleporting to a player with a strong punch and then teleporting to another to do the same. Who will he strike next? >:D

Sorry I haven't been more active back there recently.

I just don't have much to currently say back there (that and Toise can be a little intimidating). If anything I've waiting for Spydr to return and or for Toise to do another series pick.

Probably a big reason as to why it ended up failing, that we tried to have many alliances together into one over-arching one and it just fell out.

Nobody really should put their hopes to high for Roy. Mewtwo is perfectly possible though.

Chrome is basically the new Ike, if there is just 2 dudes from Fire Emblem its Marth and him. I'll almost bet money on it. Might be too early, but no doubt he'll get considered before anyone else from Fire Emblem.

Krystal is hugely popular. Nobody can deny that. StarFox seems to be dying, but that didn't stop Wolf in Brawl.

Bowser Jr. ain't a bad choice either actually... Not by favorite though.

And don't get me started about Impa. Impa is bad ***

Well we're waiting for him to post his next picks, but if he's waiting for us to return, that makes for a funny paradox. Oh well, I'll work on getting more involved, Toise won't ever cave in to us anyway.


I'd also be nice to get Spydr back, I'm sick of the fact that we're stuck in a Mario debate, but no one wants to debate anything else last time I checked.

See, I'd personally like to keep the Fire Emblem reps the way they are, and add a female character. I know it's a very unpopular suggestion nowadays, but I remember Michaiah and Lyn having incredible fanbases pre-Brawl. (And pre-Lyn being an AT)

I'd settle for Lyn, Michaiah, or Eirika (Eirika's actually my number one choice of the three, but the least likely.)
